[OOC:] I fell asleep before you even posted! XD
Luke stirred slightly, mumbling some in his sleep as Kaya laid his coat over him. One of his hands lazily came up and scratched his rusty red hair. After tucking the arm back to where it was comfortable, his fuzzy wolf ears, having been the source of the itch, flopped over just as lazily. But they still looked cute. And maybe familiar....

Kaya jumped when Luke stirred, and she watched as he scratched his head, then... Two fluffy ears popped out. The kind of ears that she would recognize anywhere. They were the wolf's ears! She covered her mouth with her hand to prevent her from waking Luke up, but she stared at his head in confusion. If he'd known her before, as the wolf... Why hadn't he said anything?

Luke continued to sleep as Kaya studied his ears. What he was dreaming of well... it was standing right behind him, staring at his ears. Kaya was so lovely. And she was so kind. And that lovely, generous cheetah had sped off with this wolf's old heart.

Kaya didn't leave, frozen in shock, until she heard students filing through the hallway after lunch. She quickly turned and ran off to her classroom, making it just in time before her next class came in. She sat down at her desk and started playing with her hair, sufficiently distracted by her recent discovery.

Luke woke when students filed in to his class. They chuckled at their teacher. He always seemed to be asleep when they came in. Most of the girls found it rather adorable.

[OOC:] Looks like Luke's more of a ladies man than we gave him credit for XD Kaya continued teaching as she had, and midway through her last class of the day, she decided she needed to confront Luke. After all, that would've been nice information to add.

Luke, after finishing his class, dismissed the students early so they could enjoy their night. Though he was feeling a bit hungry. Maybe he should stop by the dining hall and sneak something from the kitchen. The growl from his stomach agreed.

Kaya released her class, then hurried to Luke's classroom, to find that he, too, was releasing his class early. As the last student left, she knocked on the open door, tilting her head without a smile.

Luke glanced over his shoulder at the knock, his ear swiveling towards it. It was Kaya. He sighed some. The jig was up. "I take it you're here to talk about my other form." he said, turning to the blackboard and taking an eraser and wiping the notes he had written up there in chalk.

"You're good at this game," Kaya commented. "You could have just told me when we met," she said, walking into the room and looking at the words on the board before Luke erased them.

Luke thought on a response for a moment. Why didn't he just tell her? He'd have to think about that. "I guess I should have. But that's my mistake now isn't it?"

"I wouldn't say mistake...That seems a bit harsh," Kaya said, feeling a little guilty now for having been upset over the secret.

Luke turned to her and smiled a little. It was a sweet charming smile. Fitting for a prince. "Don't worry. I make a lot of mistakes. I just go with it." he said, heading over to the door. He then thought for a moment before putting his coat around Kaya's shoulders. "It's going to get cold tonight. I don't need it." he said, changing into a very familiar wolf and scampering off before she could offer it back.

Kaya watched in surprise as the wolf scampered away, and she blushed a little as she looked at the coat on her shoulders. She slipped it off and over her arm, before returning to her room and setting it over the back of a chair.

Luke scampered down the hall and through the corridors until he found himself at the kitchens. He ordered what he usually did. Two pounds of rare steaks. He thanked the cooks before going out into the gardens and to a secret area. He hid a secret from everyone. And it hadn't been for very long too, so the Master wouldn't know.
He had recently rescued a poor little ice dragon that was starving and dying in the heat. He had made a hidden cave completely out of ice to keep the poor thing cold until winter came. Though he had no idea how fast ice dragons grew. So he approached the cave and clicked his tongue softly. "Kaitani. Kaitani, I have dinner. Are you in there?" he called softly as not to let on to anyone overhearing he had a pet.
