Enki Leviathan Enki Leviathan, publicly, has only actually been in about... oohhh... 5-9 fights? But yet, you talk to almost any character who Enki Leviathan is and they ALL know his name. Not because of the AMOUNT of fights he's been in, but simply because of how epic his fights tend to be... No offense Enki but if you keep tooting that horn yourself, no one is going ot want to play with it. People know the name Enki Leviathan, because its the title of the guild. Because your name is on as owner of the guild. Not because your IC actions. Any of the newer members know you by word of mouth. Your "epic" fights, are sort of a thing of the past my friend.

I don't think the ranking system will make anyone other than those already fighting want to fight.
What would kick everyone in the a** would be saying "You all have two weeks to find someone and start a fight or we ban/slap/hunt you down and curbstomp your character."

Chaplain Fenix I don't think the ranking system will make anyone other than those already fighting want to fight. What would kick everyone in the a** would be saying "You all have two weeks to find someone and start a fight or we ban/slap/hunt you down and curbstomp your character." But then what about people like Josh and myself who mainly run characters that support/oppose/employ those that do fights and such. Would we have to create characters soulely for areana fight despite creating RP elsewhere?

Uhh... You could be in charge of curbstomping?
Maybe the Shades would attack some town and present a chance for someone to fight. Same with Kraun and Darsh, only with zombies.
CI could stage a raid and get into a massive city-wide gunfight in Barton and start hiring on random people to fight for them. Really anything to get activity from people, beyond a rank.

I don't mean going out and raiding some other place, if that's what you thought.
I meant having Kraun occupy a handful of threads with tons of zombies. And nobody likes their cities full of zombies so people would have to do something.
Or be zombie curbstomped.

[.. X ..] yes, i think you're jealous too. you can use this opportunity to learn, you know. I do learn... I'm just every bad at using what I learn.. you think I have read as much from all of you, as well as my books and not learned how to fight? don't be ridiculous xp of course I have learned a trick or two... but I don't have the ego to pull off a good fight, I want to play, not to win...but I tend to not understand what my opponent is doing sweatdrop so I always loose...and when all you ever do is loose it gets boring and annoying...and then like a bad job you find something else to do that doesn't frustrate you as badly sweatdrop
