-Dessynea- l-Kathulu-l -Dessynea- I don't think my day could have gotten worse then it did... cry Everyone you know could have died and you could have gotten hit by a semi truck and become a vegetable living on life support and not being able to tell anyone to kill you because you cant communicate in anyway and they keep doing painful experiments on you. But besides that, care to talk? I actually thought a lot of those things, but didn't say them because I figured someone else would. Its pretty personal... Well, my mom has been clean for 3 years (2 were because she was in prison) and she relapsed on Friday and I knew but no one else believed me. And she ran off today so I had to wander around my neighborhood until I found her. I did and managed to convince her to come home but have to keep an eye on the doors because she really wanted to leave and she says she doesn't now but I'm not sure. I'm not sure what to do. Ah. Nothing else to do but face it. I've dealt with addiction in the family, s**t sucks. You have to keep an eye on them. I'm gonna assume Alcohol, which is easy to detect because it would be on their breath. What you should do is either tell people or talk to your mom sober, confront her. Its hard, but you gotta do it.

Clean usually implies drugs. Sober is usually used for alcohol. That's my opinion, at least.

Sober can refer to any kind of drug that modifies behavior. Clean is probably a more permanent term for sober.

Destroy all her pipes. I am not even kidding. It's not a case of her life her choice. Crack kills.
Maybe you should look up what it's made of and show her. I know it might not have an effect at this point, but it keeps me away from lots of drugs. sweatdrop

I agree. Whenever I got mad at my mom for plain smoking I'd break her cigarettes. It may not be a lot compared to crack, but its a step. If she keeps it up it'll kill her. You may want to inform authorities if it progresses to violence

Believe me I know about crack, I have been dealing with my mom's addictions since I was a kid. She has been to rehab, she knows what its made of. We tore apart her room and found everything. My brother broke her pipes and ground up her crack and flushed it. Wylr picked her up and carried her in the house. And I convinced her that prostituting and ruining her second set of children's childhood wasn't worth it. She says no rehab and if I fight her she will just leave for good. So we will come to an agreement and for now I am in charge of the house and all money.
