Could be anywhere between 30 Minutes to a couple of hours, to all day. Depends on the problem and how busy tj is.

No problem! =) I know how frustrating it is, but usually if the site is down for long period of time, you get your time back on your dragons, even if they die. I've seen the cave down for 12 hours, and once it was only for 15 minutes lol. So it really depends. =)
