TeaDidikai Awwww cry I mean, Yay! Happy you're back. Keep me updated on the misquito bite. Never known anyone who suffered from malaria. Heh... according to my stepfather, who got it the last time he was in Central America, pretty unfun. But hey, if I come down with it, I'll update you. No, our most interesting injury in the group was probably the jellyfish sting, but it wasn't a bad one either. Sorry no tropical disease news for you! whee

TeaDidikai TatteredAngel Hurray, I do so love cookies! What kind of cookies? I like lots of kinds. Top favorites are right-out-of-the-oven chocolate chip, lemon cookies, and the kind with white chocolate, macadamia nuts, and cranberries. Mmmm.

Woot! Just noticed the Fiddler Pathways thread. biggrin Since I'm not clever enough to figure out all your other references by myself... xp
Although when I finished Kushiel's Avatar earlier this summer part of the book took place in a region on the Western edge of the Caspian Sea ("Sea of Khaspar") whose gods were "Ahura Mazda" and "Angra Mainyu." I thought of you, Fiddler, and wondered what Jacqueline Carey was really talking about.
My Pathways thread kinda died... I should finish it at least just to write stuff down, if nothing else comes of it.

*has a Cookie Monster moment* domokun I've been so unsuccessful with my cookie-baking as of late. I made two batches for the boyfriend-unit, and then went to bed. I wake up the next morning/early afternoon, and the majourity of them were gone. My family ate them on me, completely ignoring the "NOT FOR YOUUUUU" and "NO TOUCHIE" post-its I stuck all over the tupperware! gonk Isaac was so, so sad. Poor boy.
