Shin: Yeah almost, I have five more techniques to learn to learn stage four and max out Shunkan no Hagane. I've maxed out on Shigure Soen, I've learned one Ninjutsu technique and I still need a couple more techniques to learn in the second stage of my taijutsu before I've maxed out.

Shin: Well the Raikage already set something up.
Apparently it's like an S-rank mission or whatever but the experienced team leader keeps getting shifted around so we can't do it yet.
