Appropriate or not, I still don't like it. *shrugs* Just my opinion on the matter. Arrogance itself comes off childish to me.
You just want to me mean to the sensitive little elf.
Thus why I have dad as my back up.

That's because you think he's being arrogant.
No, Jarlaxle treats everyone with the same scale.

Well I know he's at the very least sounding condescending. Which is probably just as bad.
At the very least ignorant. Ignored Steph twice.

Oh, I did didn't I.
I'll have to make that up to her.
Just wait til battle, when his real opinion of each of you will be made very clear.

Lay off the one liners and you'd catch them.
Yes well I got the rant of it.
Joy...battle...not looking forward to it. Often take too long and too many things in them that can frustrate in a bad way.

Jarlaxle's only love is combat. And he desires efficiency above all things.
Saddly, the one liners are an effective tool for role playing Jarlaxle's character.

But you still miss things by pushing pages.
And don't get me wrong, I'm all up for a battle. But not the ones where its' army A against five then army B joins in against five as well.
I refer to the damnable moral guage in KH2. See it go down with those odds? Yup.

Hmm..
Jarlaxle is to one dimensional. Aurah, if you would be so kind as to post something in Labyrinth, I can give Jarlaxle more personality and less arrogance.

Sora took on 1000 heartless on his own, in less than 10 mins.
Poor goofy.
EDIT
Don't worry. You have Jarlaxle. ^^

Yes he is. To be honest a few of your characters are quite one dimensional. Maybe that's that's getting me and I didn't know it.
*thinks* I can post something up I guess...anything particular you're looking for?
And that battle was quite rigged. Reaction commands and only six-ten at a time attacked you, they weren't trying hard enough.
And one person being the be all and end all isn't fun either. Take Sev for example...he can be quite the power player and do away with an army or hordes on his own...but I don't let him.

LOL, Jarlaxle doesn't have that kind of firepower. But, he can squash an army if he needs to. ^^
Nope. Only Jarlaxle is one dimensional. You just don't know any of my characters very well.

Eh to me Tarathiel and Jarlaxel seem to walk an almost parallel.

Jarlaxle was Tarathiel's teacher.
Tarathiel wants to be like Jarlaxle.

Makes sense.
What is the dimension I'm seeing here again?
