I DIDN'T FIND OUT ABOUT J.D. SALINGER'S DEATH UNTIL JUST NOW
Which is weird because I just finished Stand Alone Complex...which was a massive shoutout to Catcher in the Rye.

So I was playing Devil Survivor, and two of the characters got into a demon fight. Said fight was set up in a way that just made me go 'Hey, it's a Pokémon battle!', except that the "trainers" also argued with each other between rounds. Anyway, one of the demons eventually defeated the other.
Then the winning "trainer" had the demon kill the losing "trainer".
...
I will never look at Pikachu the same way again. gonk

Anyway, one of the demons eventually defeated the other. Then the winning "trainer" had the demon kill the losing "trainer". ... I will never look at Pikachu the same way again. gonk "Pikachu! Use death bolt!"
