Kaya paused and looked behind her, then back at the wolf. If he was scared... Was he scared of her? She back up a few paces and stopped, tilting her head at the creature. Was this the same wolf, then? Because the wolf she'd been playing with all week would recognize her--wolves had that sort of memory. He'd associate her with being pet. But maybe this was a look-a-like wolf?
Razz finished up the noodles, brought them out to Yumi, and smiled at her as he set them down, then he turned and went back to the kitchen to get started on the other food orders that seemed to keep piling up from the students. The only reason he was allowed to serve Yumi first was because she was part of The Family, and got first priority.

[OOC:] Referring to them as 'The Family' sounds almost Mafia like! XD
Luke laid in his corner for a while as Kaya thought. But he had teacher stuff to do that he had been putting off. He got up and came out from under the bridge and attempted to jump the pond. He almost made it, but the lower half of him fell in, making him slip and fall all the way in. The poor wolf was soaked! The red wolf pulled himself out of the pond, shook out his now soaked and heavy fur, and headed inside to dry off.
Yumi thanked Razz when he brought the noodles out and began eating happily. But she'd leave him alone until he wasn't so busy with the rest of the student body.

[OOC:] You come to me on the day of my daughter's wedding... XD Kaya watched as the wolf moved out from under the bridge and....fell into the water. She giggled a little, standing as she watched it leave. She shook her head and headed inside herself, to go feed the animals residing in her room.
Razz had several orders that he stole from the main chef, to help him out, and he quickly started to whip them out, getting more. It didn't take long for the orders to stop trickling in and for Razz to leave the kitchen and slide into the booth with Yumi, a plate of his own dinner in hand.

Luke headed to his room and, once inside, he changed into his human form. He took off his wet clothes and wrapped himself in a large towel before sitting in front of his large fireplace, which had a nice warm fire going. He sighed and buried his head in his hands. "Why can't I talk to her..."
Yumi looked up to see Razz finally slide in the booth with her, which made her smile. "Those noodles were really good. You got some time?" she asked, watching him.

When Kaya got back to her room, there was food waiting for her to prepare for the animals, and she quickly took care of them before picking up a piglet and sitting on her window seat. She stared outside and wondered about her experience that evening with the wolf, and it had seemed, a person.
Razz nodded his thanks, and to signify that he was now freed of kitchen duties as he ate up his own food. He was practically starving, and working in the kitchen had NOT helped.

Luke sat there for a while before putting some clothes on and going to his classroom. He sat down at his desk and began to grade papers and reports. Such a lonely life...
Yumi smiled and put a hand on his. "Don't eat so fast. You'll get sick."

As Kaya watched the outside, she noticed a bright flash of lighting. A dry storm, she thought to herself, just as a loud clap of thunder frightened the piglet in her lap. The creature bounded across the room, slipping and sliding into the slightly cracked door and pushing it open. Kaya stood and waited for it to come back, but as she heard its squeals get farther away, she ran after it.
Razz swallowed what was in his mouth and gave Yumi a sheepish look before getting another bite, this time smaller, and he chewed it longer.

Luke was almost asleep on his papers when he heard squealing coming down the hall. He woke himself up and went outside to see what it was. What he found was a piglet coming towards him. He quickly scooped up the piglet and tucked it into his coat, away from the storm. He took off his coat and wrapped it around the baby animal and let it tuck itself into a safe place. "This better?"
Yumi got up and sat down next to Razz, smiling as he paced himself. But she was going to watch him just in case he started gorging again.

Kaya turned a corner in the hall to find an unfamiliar teacher holding a coat and....talking to it? Then she saw the little snout of the piglet she'd been chasing poke out of the coat. She sighed in relief and shook her head.
Razz looked at Yumi as she sat next to him, and he reached over, wrapping an arm around her waist while using the other to hold his fork as he paced himself, under her command.

Luke looked up to see Kaya then looked to the piglet. He went over and handed her the pig, still wrapped in his coat. "Here. I think this is your little friend." he said with a smile, trying not to seem tired, and still a bit cold. That pond was freezing!
Yumi smiled as Razz wrapped an arm around her waist while he continued to pace himself. Such a good little boy he was. Kind of like a dog. Maybe this is how her mom felt while bossing around her dad so much...

Kaya took the pig and smiled down at it, as it nuzzled up to her, glad to see her. "Thank you, so much," she said to the teacher. She shifted the bundle of coat and pig in her arms and held out her hand to shake his. "I don't think we've met; I'm Kaya, the new magical creatures teacher."
Razz finished his meal, and pushed the bowl to meet Yumi's in the center before turning to her. "What's up next?"

Luke shook Kaya's hand. "I'm Luke. Weaponry Defense teacher." he said, still smiling at her, glad the color of his hair hadn't immediately given him away, as it was the same color as the fur in his wolf form. Of course, his hands were still cold from falling into that pond, and maybe a little wet in the palm.
Yumi smiled as he finished and she nestled up to him. "Maybe we can make those lazy cooks in there make us some dessert. I'm still hungry."

Kaya nodded, committing the man's name and job to mind. "It's nice to meet you," she said, ignoring the cold and wet feeling of his hand.
Razz shrugged. A kitchen boy came over to get their plates and Razz asked him if he'd go into the kitchen and ask the pastry chef for a night special. The boy nodded and went back to the kitchen. Razz looked back to Yumi, tilting his head. "For someone so tiny, you eat well," he commented, thinking of the girls in the school who would stay little by eating little.

Luke smiled and let go of her hand and started back to his classroom, but sneezing a little. He wiped his nose, thinking it was just the dip in the pond, and went back into his classroom to continue grading papers.
Yumi laughed softly and wrapped her arms around one of Razz's, snuggling closer. "I have a good metabolism."

Kaya hugged the piglet tightly, glad to see she was safe as she carried her back to the teacher's room. She tucked the pig into the basket with her mother and siblings and set the coat out on the table, planning to wash it and return it to the teacher.
Razz laughed himself, letting Yumi snuggle to him before he wrapped his other arm around her. "Well you're a lucky one then." [OOC:] Wanna make things harder for Razz & Yumi?
