A knot formed in Tora's throat. "P-please, please don't apologize for loving someone," Tora said, her heart heavy with grief. "I'm sorry, too, that I wasn't happy for you two as soon as I found out. I- hate filled my eyes and blinded me. Oh, I'm so sorry," she added as tears formed into her eyes. "I'm just glad I haven't lost you," she smiled. "Please don't leave me like she did you. There can never be that kind of love between us, but," she closed her eyes and kissed him tenderly on the cheek, "you will always hold a special place in my heart." Tora gave a loving smile and gave a gentile squeeze to his hand. "All is forgiven and in the past," she smiled.

Umemi walked with Tora and the two girls to the teahouse and stood in the entrance and waited until the girls were ready and with her before entering.

Tohru looked at the teahouse, amazed and nervous. Her heart beat faster and faster as she held tightly to the beautiful fans Hara had given her. She looked at Hara and held out her pinky finger.
"For luck," she explained smiling, trying to ease some of her nervousness.
'Oh Mother...I've never been so nervous in my life!'

Tohru squeezed her sister's hand and took her pinky. She squeezed it and smiled and then released it.
"Ready to become the best maiko in Japan?" she asked, trying to help calm her and Hara's nerves.

Tohru took a deep breath, looking at the tea house. Okaa-san stood at the entrance waiting for them.
Tohru looked at her sister and said softly and sincerely, "Hara-chan, I feel as if I've been waiting my entire life for this moment. I'm nervous, but somehow, I know we're both going to shine."

Tohru smiled and squeezed Hara's hand. She led her into the teahouse alongside Okaa-san smiling, walking as gracefully as possible.
She gasped when she looked inside and saw the teahouse. It was nothing like she had ever imagined. Her eyes scoped the room and finally rested on Tora. She walked over, leading Hara and stopped in front of her.
Tohru finally released Hara's hand and bowed to Tora and the man at the table.

Tora's face lit up as she saw Tohru, Hara, and Mother enter. "Tohru-chan, Hara-chan, you made it!" she smiled. She turned to everyone at the table. "Everyone, this is Tohru-chan and Hara-chan, my newest little sisters. and this is the mother of the Kazenotanpopo okiya," she announced. "Please, have a set," she said, pouring everyone some tea.

Tohru bowed deeply and said quietly and sweetly, "Konnbawa, I am Foxchan Tohru, a maiko. I humbly ask for your indulgence." She looked up and sat down next to Tora, her hand shaking from nervousness.

Tora placed a hand over Tohru's and smiled. "You did wonderful," she whispered. She giggled and leaned over to Hara. "Hara-chan, are you going to introduce yourself?" she winked.

Hara had a faint look of shock on her face...But hid it well giving a soft smile then saying "Forgive me... I've not introduce myself... she then stood giving a deep bow... then saying in her soft voice"Konnbawa I am Hara Chaiki a maiko I humbly beg your indulgence"... then took her seat again... next to her sister....
