"Of course I will," he smiled back to the teenager, then went out to grab the little girl's hand. The moment of contact, the pain returned to his head, and in his mind he was the little girl. He watched as his parents were killed in front of him. A wave of sadden, dispair, pain and Fear washed over him, then suddenly he was back, pressing drown on his throbbing temple. He perched down to look the little girl in the eyes, and wrapped her in a deep embrace, "I am so sorry."

 .Forever... Lidi watched, suddenly surprised, as the man winced in pain of some sort when he touch the little girl's hand. Lidi starred at the girl, then back to the man. Just as quickly as his reaction had come, it was over and Lidi, a little taken back, watched as he hugged the little girl and she began to tremble. Lidi hit herself on the forehead with her hand and sighed. Now the little girl would start crying. "Alright then." She gave a short clap to attempt to get their attention. "Get her out of here already." She glanced back to Miyuki and then to Ryuu and Damien before back at the girl and the man. ...Together.

Your grandmother is the only one who pretends she doesn't know its you..
Miyuki was starring up at the vampire and angel's quarrel. Damien..She whispered it over in her head remembering a few things about how they had met. Without even so much as looking to Lidi or the boy she jumped into the air, spreading her own wings and rushing up in front of Damien jumping and tackling the vampire mid-air. "Your not the only ones with wings." She growled floating backwards suddenly eying the two for reactions. She wanted to protect the vampire, him being one of her own, but she felt a strong compassion for Damien and felt the need to protect him.
So she can give you candy when you trick-or-treat.

"I'll be taking her now," the eighteen year old replied, lifting up the little crying girl wrapped around his neck. In some ways he felt he should stay. Felt he needed to find out more about these strangers he somehow knew. But now was not the time, right now he needed to help this girl. "Seeya around. Oh and by the way, my name's Jake," and with those words he ran down the corridor, the little girl in his arms.

.Forever... Lidi nodded to him as he said he would take her off. Just before he left he told her his name and she could only watch as he ran away, thinking, So... his name is Jake then. She turned back to the fight in front of her for the moment. It seemed as though while Lidi had been talking with Jake, Miyuki had joined in the fight as well. She could only give a jealous glare to them as she watched them fly around. If only she could fly, then she could help out too. She sighed and shook her head, starring up at the fight. All she could do right now was protect perhaps. She decided that if Ryuu would attack either Miyuki or Damien, she'd help by placing a barrier around them. That was all she could do right now. ...Together.

Ryuu quickly averted his flight, and turned towards where the boy was headed with the little girl. "You're not getting away with my prey that easily." he growled as he shot his way past Lidi and Miyuki. He flew low to the ground, ready to tackle the boy, and take the girl. His eyes glowed red at the promise of blood, and he could feel adrenaline rushing through his veins.

Damien smiled, "okay, two verse one. I hardly think that's fair. Though I do have an advantage in the air." ( that rhymed! xD ) He darted to the space between Ryuu and the boy, taking Ryuu by surprise. He slammed his elbow into the back of Ryuu's neck.

Ryuu grunted as he hit the floor. He quickly got up, and shot throught the open space between Damien and the floor, and flew after the boy again. Flying at at top speed.

Damien almost laughed when Ryuu hit the floor, actually hit the floor! Didn't he expect that? Stubborn leech He growled and flew toward the boy too. He flew much faster than Ryuu since he had six wings and Ryuu only had two. When he was flying over Ryuu, he drop kicked Ryuu's back, right above his waist, in an attempt to break his back. Such a short attention span this vampire has. He spun around and threw two daggers at Ryuu's direction, aiming for his torso.

Ryuu dodged Damien's kick, and threw five daggers at Damien. Two of his daggers adverted the two that Damien threw, and now the other two were flying at Damien. Ryuu flew away from Damien a little as he continued to fly towads the boy. He locked his eyes onto the little girl that was in the boy's arms. His mouth started to water, and his eyes glowed red.

Damien dodged one of the daggers, but the other scraped his shoulder, making him wince in pain. He looked down at his shoulder and pressed his hand against it to try and stop the bleeding. His hand glowed a blue color and his wound began to heal. He followed Ryuu slowly, he was concentrating on healing himself and was afraid that he would fly into something if he flew too fast. Hopefully then boy can defend himself for a while... he frowned.

Ryuu flapped his wings vigorously as he heard the angel slowing down. He turned around to see the angel healing himself. Well, I guess the daggers did he job. He pulled out three more daggers and threw them back at Damien again. His eyes locked onto the girl again, and he flew faster. He tucked his arms into his side, and tucked his wings in a little to make himself more aerodynamic.

Damien wasn't looking where he was going and didn't notice the daggers till it was too late. One scraped his cheek and the other two stabbed his arm as he tried to defend himself at the last second. He winced in pain and fell a few feet as he lost his concentration. With his last bit of concentration he landed safely on the ground and winced again when he pulled the daggers out of his arm. He dropped his sword and put his hand over this arm. He closed his eyes and his hand began to glow, his arm healed much fast than his shoulder wound had since he didn't have to concentrate on flying too. How many daggers does that vampire have?

Ryuu heard as the dagger hit Damien. He took a quick glance behind him to see Damien on the floor healing himself. "Finally." Ryuu muttered as he turned back to face the boy. He once again concentrated on getting faster, and catching the little girl. He pulled out a dagger from his pocket just in case Damien came back, or the boy tried to attack him.
