From where Sora stood, he kept his face emotionless. He did not want any sort of fight. He just wanted to stop all of this 'steping around the bushes' they were doing.
"Why do you follow the wind even though you say that we aren't?" He asked softely.
"You tell me, and i'll tell you." he then added looking into her eyes.

"Because it's part of who I am," Kyna responded vaguely. "Or, perhaps, what I am would be better," she added, remembering how her family treated her. Her eyes narrowed for a second. Then Kyna fake-yawned. "I'm kinda tired. Wanna head back?"

Sora breathed really quickly out of his nose. As if slightly saying that he didn't really belive her, or couldn't believe that she would pass it off as that.
"Well then I guess my eyes are just part of me as well..." He muttered, looking down towards the ground. Slightly surprised and sad that she still didn't trust him.
"Sure... what ever you want princess..." He then muttered, and turned to walk back to the Inn. The kit looking worried from his shoulder. Then finnally jumping down to walk on the ground.

Kyna took a deep breath. Princess, she thought sourly. She let out her breath. Why am I so bad around people? she wondered as she walked back to the inn. Wait. I don't kno wwhere I'm going! "I hope you know where the inn is, because I sure don't," Kyna told Sora.

Sora looked over at her with this sad little look. Then looked back towards the street, took a deep breath, and then looked back at her.
"Yeah... I know where it is..." He said quietly. Using part of the weretiger in him to smell their way back from the way they came.

"Oh, good," Kyna said. "I have no sense of direction," she continued, starting to babble to fill up the silence. "Been told that since I was a kid. Not that it mattered back then." She closed her mouth for a few seconds. "You don't know my last name, do you?" she asked unnecessarily. Of course he didn't. She rarely told it to anyone.

At that Sora stoped and turned in front of her, facing her. He then put a finger on her mouth to stop her. "Shh..." He said, and attempted a smile. "Your babbling..."
He then took his finger away, hoping that he didn't cross some sort of personal space that she had.
"I'm sure that your sence of direction is fine. Some people just have a better part of it than others..." He then said, turning and walking with her again slowly.
Sora then smiled, "Of course I don't know your last name. You didn't tell it to me. Just like I didn't tell you mine. Does it really matter anyways?" He asked.

"Sort of, yes," Kyna answered. She sighed. "Only if you know who they are. Which way too many people do. And their reputation." She sighed again. That's why I left, she added silently. Sensing her feelings, the wind came swirling back, trying to comfort her. She laughed softly. You ignored me. Got anything interesting for me? After a pause, she murmured, "What?" She's following me? she asked silently. Find out why. Go on. The wind went speeding away. Kyna watched the dust it kicked up, frowning again.

Sora smiled. "I try not to judge people by their relitives. I find that quiet a bit of the time they are totally different. Or some of the time the person was abused or something by the family." He said, walking still. Noting in back of his mind that the wind was back.
He sighed quietly. Is it so hard to trust me? I thought I was a fairly easy person to talk with... Maybe not... He couldn't help but think.

Kyna sped up. "Come on, where are you?" she murmured softly, looking around nervously. No one had ever been able to sneak up on her before, and from what she'd gathered, this woman had been following her for some time. She looked back at Sora. "Sorry, did you say something?" she asked apologetically. "I kind of zoned out there for a second." She smiled and slowed down. "I got a bit agitated for a second there." Kyna forced herself to calm down, trying not to allow the woman following her to know she knew.
Kaiya swatted at her face. "Stupid dust," she muttered. She was glad for the tall, closely clustered buildings, though. She could easily follow the wind witch from way up high, stepping from building to building, staying above eye level, where few people looked. She smiled. He should be pleased, she thought. If I can get her, that is. Her smile widened. "As if anyone's ever gotten away," she said quietly, watching the girl walking with the guy from the inn.

"Nope..." He said quietly. "Why agitated?" He then asked. The suddenly the kit looked up towards the buildings.
What's the matter?Sora asked it.
I heard someone... Sounded like that mean person from the Inn...

"I don't even know," Kyna said. "But it's nothnig good." The wind came back to report. "As if anyone's ever gotten away," a voice in her ear hissed softly. Kyna looked up. She lowered her voice so much that she could hardly hear it, but the wind carried the sound to Sora's ears. "We're being followed."

"Yeah... Well... This might be a bad time to say so... But I know..." He said almost just as softly. Glancing out the side of his eyes towards the roof. While the kit growled softly at it.
"I have a plan if you want one. The only thing is is that you have to trust me..." He then said looking at her.

Kyna paused. She'd always had trouble trusting people. But.. what else could she do? She shut her eyes and took a deep breath. "Fine," she said quickly. "What is it? Keep walking while you talk, though. Don't get her suspicious."

Sora smiled. He already knew what Kyna said. Throughout his life he and some friends had come very good at it. Had to in a way...
"Yes I know... Anyways... It's very simple, we act as if we part at some point, you keep heading back towards the Inn. And I'll go and take care of her so you stay safe..." He said quietly still walking.
"I'll even have kit stay here with you. It'll keep you safe..." He then added smiling down at the kit.
But i want to go with you.... The kit muttered sadly.
Yeah i know... but we need to keep her safe. I'll go after mean girl, and you stay here to do what you do if she comes around. That way I can still get her at that point, but you can do what you wish at that point.Sora exsplained to the kit. Knowing fully well that it would love this plan of his.
