"Do you go to Kouh High" Charles asked taking a sip from his coffee listening to her excuse of why she wasn't in school, frankly he didn't care if they avoided school that was the disciplinary teacher's work but seeing as he was the vice principal he had to care. "Mere curiosity and I'm the vice principal of Kouh high and I'm not completely sure but aren't you suppose to be in school" Charles said wondering how she was going to respond to it but he doubt he would get much of a reaction or the one that usually happen when you meet a teacher when you're ditching school even though he was the vice principal. "Well most lead by doing it myself I have to go to work see you later hopefully" Charles said before walking off.

Hikaru didn't comment until Arturia said that she'd ask for hot water, when her stomach growled he did give her a look though. In his family you had to apologize for such noises even though they were out of one's control. "That's going to seem rather odd. If the waiter actually obliges without question that will be a shock." Not like Hikaru actually gets the feeling of shock often. When she mentioned having a strainer Hikaru said "You seem to carry things that are rather out of the ordinary. Do as you wish, all I really want is tea so I won't be ordering anything."

All they'll figure out is that I want a lot of hit water for no reason." Arturia looked around the cafe seeing if she could spot any of the waiters around. She heard Hikaru's comment about her having a knack for carrying items others normally did not, making her smile. She looked back to Hikaru, telling him, "Yes I do. I always have! It's not strange to see me with times you wouldn't consider carrying around. But with that aside where in earth are all the waiters? And you're only going to have tea? Aren't you hungry?"Arturia had turned her attention back to searching for a waiter and spotted one of the female waitresses, waving her over. As the waitress made her way over to their booth, Arturia told Hikaru, "Order something please, anything. You should really eat something aside from just having tea. Hikaru looked around when Arturia question where the waiters are. "What terrible service, this is why I hate eating out." He said right before Arturia managed to grab the attention of a waitress. "It's ridiculous how much effort you must put in to get some service, this place is one huge disappointment."
When the woman approached to take their orders Hikaru didn't even look at her, he was looking out the window since he didn't not plan to get anything. When Arturia asked him to please order something he sighed. "I refuse to eat any of the sugary and fattening garbage that this cheap place has to offer. I am fine with just tea but if you wish to order something else go right ahead. Also I would never allow someone to pay for me, especially since my family is quite wealthy. If I do desire to get something later, which I won't, I'll pay for it myself." He said, turning back to look at Both Arturia and the waitress who was shocked at his rudeness. Hikaru did think manners were important but he was also honest and spoke his mind, he did not count that as being rude, just truthful.

She thought he was being rude going about the way he had phrased everything but she understood his viewpoint, having come from a wealthy family herself. She only smiled and said, "I didn't mean to offend you if I did, I thought I would just be nice since I have stuck around you today for quite sometime, having possibly been a nuisance." She turned her attention to the waitress and apologized, "Hello, do excuse my friend, he's a bit tired from his travels. As for my order, may I please have the sourdough peppered-turkey sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and bacon. Also can we please have a full teapot of hot water." After the waitress confirmed Arturia's order and left, Arturia frowned a bit, turning her attention back to Hikaru. She didn't have a cheerful or light tone as she had earlier now when she spoke. "You didn't have to say it like that Hikaru. For others who don't come from a wealthy family background like us don't understand our expectations. Try to relax and take it easy now that you're in a sense on break from the elite standards and expectations of ourselves. And before you claim I know nothing about your family, I'll warn you I am very well versed with the nonsense that comes from the wealthy and elite background. "Never did I say that you offended me, I was giving my observations of this place I was not criticizing your offer. I realize that you were offering to be nice. However I...how shall I word this...I don't allow other to do things for me. I'm independent and take care of myself. I don't like owing people so I refuse to have them do me any favors."
Hikaru didn't say anything else until after the waitress left and Arturia addressed him with a less cheery tone. He let her say all she had to say before commenting. He folded his hands and looked straight at her. "You seem to be mistaken, I in no way, shape or form saying that my life as an elitist is or ever was hard. I have always lived up to expectations and I can't even remember when or if they ever bothered me." Hikaru had been so brainwashed by his very strict family that he doesn't see anything wrong with the hard rules the gave him, his many restrictions and the tough punishments. Mainly all this was because he no longer could connect with his old feelings. Hikaru did, for a reason he wasn't sure of himself, feel uncomfortable speaking about his life and family. Maybe it was because somewhere inside he knew the way he lived and acted wasn't right but refused to except it. "I would prefer not to do a walk down memory lane and this whole 'emotional connection' thing that I read about that can be formed between people when they share thing in common." Hikaru went silent for a moment then stood up. "Maybe it would be best if I take my leave now, I can tell that I seem to have offended you or bothered you in someways. Also I realize that I could have worded my thoughts better earlier but I see no reason to sugar coat facts. We are very differently people with a few things similar, those few similarities make it so we can casually converse but our differences make it so we can do no more than chat now and then and seems. I expected as much, seems my hypothesis was right." Hikaru always made predictions and always had to calculate everything and plan everything out, there was never a time where he could just relax. He was not brought up to be like that.

Without thinking much, Arturia grabbed his arm before he could leave the booth, apologizing without knowing exactly what to apologize for. "Wait Hikaru! Please I'm sorry, I've been too quick to judge today when I know nothing about you...what you were just saying now made me realize that and I'm truly sorry for that..but please don't leave. I enjoy speaking with you even if we don't agree on everything." She said this breathlessly taking a pause before continuing on calmly. "I apologize for pressing anything that was offensive or not right of me to say..so is it possible to forgive my intrusion of a sort? If you're through hearing what I have to say and wish to be acquaintances no more, then I will respect your wish and quit bothering you." By the time she had finished speaking, she had let go of Hikaru's arm and was slightly leaning over the table with her left hand placed on the table to steady herself.

Hikaru felt another wave of emotion as Arturia grabbed him and started begging him not to leave, he felt shock like earlier but also something else that he couldn't really describe. It was kind of a painful feeling but not very painful it made him feel sore in his chest and no matter how hard he thought about it he couldn't come up with the word for it. What he was feeling was guilt for making her sad. Guilt was something that most of his family usually never felt since they had so much pride.
He listened to her with wide eyes. His eyes returned to normal once she seemingly calmed down. Hikaru then looked at her hand and watched as it left his sleeve and slipped onto the table. He turned and looked at the Arturia. "As much as I hate to admit I miscalculated, guess I did not read your feelings correctly." He said before looking down and whispering to himself very quietly, "Why is it that I can understand everything except emotion?" He looked back and returned to speaking in his normal voice. "You are a very complex person. In the short time we have talked I've seen a very happy and almost child like side of you, a smart and calm side, a side that was rather emotionless, your angry side and now this. You have many faces Arturia, it's interesting." He said before taking a moment of silence. He just looked blankly at Arturia, trying to figure her out. "I don't understand why you are apologizing for getting mad at me, though I do not understand why you are mad. However I took it as a sign that you and I would not get along but you seem to think differently. I suppose that I could test both our theories by continuing to socialize with you, besides you weren't really annoying me."

He miscalculated in figuring out my emotions? In reading them? What could he possibly mean by miscalculated.. She was about to ask Hikaru something when she heard Hikaru mutter something under his breath and decided not to press any questions. Arturia couldn't help but soften her gaze when Hikaru continued speaking. She recounted all the reactions and emotions she had shown during their time together earlier, nodding in agreement with Hikaru. Each time there was some form of emotion, Arturia pictured the scene, visualizing each emotion in a different color. Golden yellow for happiness, baby blue for calm, black for no emotions, red for anger, and magenta for panic. I suppose it is true that I am a complex person..even my own family has said such a thing once. Arturia had clasped her hands together and now looked down at them. When Hikaru finished speaking, she finally spoke. "I suppose all I can say to me being a complex person is that people are complicated." She then returned her gaze back to Hikaru with a calm expression and continued. "People will always do something unexpected. There's no way to predict or calculate what someone will do, it's impossible. But yes..in particular regarding myself, I do have many faces..my personality is all over the places of sorts." Arturia then smiled, and her eyes seemed to light up with happiness. She stepped out of the booth, put her left hand behind her back and held out her right hand, "I'm glad I was not a hindrance or nuisance then. Shall we start over with a cup of tea?"

Hikaru noticed Arturia's confused look and wondered if he said something that required a deep amount of thought. He often found that his language confused people even though it made sense to him so maybe this was just the same case. Hikaru noticed her sudden change in emotion, she seemed...more gentle in a way.
"People usually aren't to complicated to me. Some reactions are pretty predictable to me but there are a few i suppose who respond in a way that isn't expected. Normal emotions do seem rather endless." He said before she offered to start over. He looked at her hand then back at her face. "I don't see a need to start over. That would mean forgetting all the has happened previous which I do not wish to do. However I will stay," He said before taking her hand anyway. It seemed like the polite thing to do even though they weren't really make a deal to start over.

Hikaru listened to Arturia talk about emotions. He was in a way offended that she laughed at his view point but for once he decided to hold his tongue, kind of. "My view of emotions may seem funny to you but I am quite serious when it comes to studying them. So far I have found that a lot of emotions seem unnecessary to me."
Both of them then took their seats again and continued talking. When Arturia asked if their were acquaintances and offered a gift Hikaru responded, "I would say that we are acquaintances, but I don't think a gift in necessary." It didn't offend Hikaru that she offered him something he just didn't see a gift as something she would worry about."

Hikaru sighed when she apologized again. "It's fine, at least you recognized that it was a bit insulting. I understand that you have never met someone like me, I haven't met someone like me either. I like to think that I'm one of a kind." Hikaru said, not realizing that he was sounding a bit self centered. Since Hikaru never really spoke to others he was a bit socially awkward and therefore did not really understand how to casually talk. he could debate like no other and discuss facts or business but casual everyday stuff was not his specialty. He would never admit his faults though.
When Hikaru was welcomed over Arturia's apartment he couldn't help but ask, "Why are you letting some man you met just today into your home? I won't do anything of course but you could never know that for sure. Don't you think it would be risky?" Hikaru was told that if he was ever to go over to a young girl's house it would be when his parents arranged a marriage for him and he was meeting her and her parents so this seemed a little weird to him.

He also wears his signature Topaz Ring on his right hand,and his soprano sax case slung across his back.The cute waitress seated him and took his order after a few minutes had past. Rihan had eaten at the Cafe,and had decided just to order coffee and some sweets. A mint was served with the coffee he ordered and the scones and cakes were delectable as always.The air seemed hot and somehow breathless with the scent of Cinnamon and Spiced Chocolate and warmed his body. Quite the ladies' man, Rihan seems to charm every woman he sees, who in turn give him cute winks and the most delectable morsels from their meals. Rihan was quite well off when it came to attracting women.He sat alone on a couch near the back of the Cafe, staring off into the world outside through the large glass windows as a gaggle of women came to him. He treated them respectfully,telling jokes and constantly complimenting each one.His kind words made women's hearts flutter, for never in their wildest dreams would they have imagined such a sweet boy like Rihan would be single . They dare not open their mouths to utter even a word of thanks all they did was smile,giggle,and other assorted methods to get Rihan to pay attention to them.He suddenly found himself smiling from ear to ear which caused one of the ladies to faint at his feet. Rihan was laughing to himself, while he helped the one who fainted, which made the others heart's pang with longing. Longing to kiss the sweet lips and taste the laugh which came from them.All in All Rihan was having a pretty fun afternoon. I hope your alright.Let me get you some water.
