Leon's hand dropped and he gasped in pain. He held his arm in pain, biting his lip. "How..long does that stay up?" he frowned looking at it.

Rei tipped her head downward. "I don't know, the first time it lasted a week or so. But the second time it lasted for three months, this is the third occurrence." She was upset that she caused him pain though she tried to mask it by turning her gaze away from him. "I'm really sorry."

Leon growled. "Stay here." He shifted into wolf as he growled violently, things slowly freezing around him. His anger made him lose control over his powers as he dashed off to find karou. A trail of ice was on the ground where ever he ran as he looked fro him, he could help.

Rei lifted her head and watched Leon dash off with a sigh, her breath visible in the air. Kaoru was close to the campus, laying on a tree branch with his arms behind his head leaning against the trunk of the tree. His eyes were closed and he was humming a simple tune, suddenly he stopped and smirked.

Leon stopped infront of the tree where karou was once he found his scent. "PLEASE THeres a barrier around her.. help her.. please..." Ice was still leaking from hm beggining to free the trees as he looked up worried and mad at himself at the same time.

Kaoru opened his eyes to look down from the tree at Leon, groaning slightly as he sat up. "Barrier? Oh you mean Rei, first tell me what you two were doing. And tune down that ice of yours, I came out for the sun, not snow." He said with a smirk as he leap down from the tree.

Leon looekd at him serious. "I cant, I'm too worried and I cant focus.. We were just playing, she was blocking some snowballs i threw at her and then one just stopped in mid air and the barrier was there.

Kaoru returned the serious gaze. "Ok, one more thing, how far would you be willing to go Leon? That barrier will be difficult to break down." He said reaching one of his hands into his pocket.

Kaoru looked at him and knelt down next to him. "Just to give you a heads up, this is how I died." He said coldly before standing up again and walking over to the nearest tree. "Well, I'll meet you there." He said before blowing away with the wind like sand in a dust storm.

Leon was shocked. He thought he remember her saying something about him dieing. That wouldn't stop him though. He ran over to her.

Kaoru materialized near Rei, grasping his shoulder, still the other hand resting in his pocket. "Two crucial requirements are to be met for this to work Leon, the first part I can do alone, the other is where I have trouble." He said taking out a blank white piece of paper from his pocket, dropping his other hand to his side. Rei looked back and forth from Leon to Kaoru a few times before taking a deep breath and releasing it in a sigh.

Leon shifted back to human. "Anything, what do i need to do?" He took a deep breath, preparing for the worst.

Kaoru smiled slightly before taking the few steps over to Rei. "All I need you to do is go into Rei's mind and find her, but it's more difficult now then it was before." He said thrusting his right hand through the barrier with the piece of paper and put his palm on her forehead. "Since I am not a physical being I can do this task, but if I do too much more I will cease to remain here." He said as a black mark appeared over the right half of his face. Rei took a single step backwards as Kaoru placed his hand on her forehead. She smiled slightly and closed her eyes slowly.
