"What'll we do next, then?" Lee queried, cocking his head at Mark. "Oh, I've an idea." He beckoned Alex close and whispered "Why don't we pretend to let him loose and see where he goes? He has only a few options, anyway-- as long as he doesn't keep trying to find ways to kill himself. At best, he might lead us to his cohorts. Or he might lead us to whatever stash of survival goods he might have. He doesn't seem willing to give up any information..."

Serena finally heard other voices. She'd been lost in this stupid mansion for awhile. The place was too big, and sound echoed around the empty wings deceivingly. She'd followed those phantom sounds for a long time.
She turned another corner, entering into a room where Mark and Lee and Aura[?] were. She paused in the doorway.
"Hello?" She asked in a small voice, waiting for the attention in the room to turn to her nervously.
((Is Aura still in the same room?))

"Heyyy!," Lee answered, looking up to acknowledge Serena, then remembering the situation at hand. "Oh, wait. Who're you? Another one of the guests?"

Serena smiled slightly. "Hello, my name is Serena Darkwaters. I'm a guest, yes. I got a little turned around in this big house. Normally I can navigate perfectly, but the sound carriers weird in this large house."
She shrugged her shoulders sheepishly.

((Yea, she's there, taking notes.))
Aura glanced up for a moment, hearing a familiar voice and stood to help Serena to a seat. "We're interrogating a captive from the group of kidnappers that abducted Elisa and Mr. and Mrs. Gilfax. Elias is here though," she murmured quietly.
She picked a seat next to Serena and continued her transcription of the events. For the moment, she preferred to keep her sanity and not think about Elias and his possible connection to the kidnappers.

Serena thanked Aura for the help, before smiling slighty in Mark's direction. "Hello."
"A captive, huh? That's interesting. Where did you catch them?"
Serena could hear the slight movement of the others in the room under the item Aura was using to write.

Lee fell silent. So much for that plan, then. But he didn't know about Serena... I thought the kidnappers were based all over the mansion. How is it that Serena wandered all over the mansion for about half a day, and none of them knew?
"We were trying to weasel some information from this here kidnapper," Elias grimaced comically at their captive "but so far, to no avail."

Serena thought for a split second, before shrugging her shoulders, attempting a different approach.
"Did you ever think that maybe there's nothing to tell?"
She shrugged again.
"Maybe your captive has nothing to do with it at all, or perhaps if he was involved, no one ever really gave him any other information.”
She leaned forward in her seat, elbows on her knees, hands under her chin. She fixed her cloudy blue gaze on Mark, locating him by the slight rustle of clothing either from him shifting, or maybe just the air conditioning blowing his clothing. She tilted her head to the side, staring unseeingly at him.
"Do you have anything to tell?"

((Karin isn't playing a big roll in this part so she's just observing from the sidelines although she's present.))
Karin watched the newcomer, Serena from the shadows of the wall. She could tell Serena was blind so she made no attempt to move suddenly and startle her. Besides, Karin was sure she had seen those cloudy blue eyes somewhere when she was younger it wasn't in the same face but Karin was sure someone had looked at her with that weird unseeing stare. Her sister before she died? Certainly looked like it.

She then made her way over to where Mark was sitting. "Where were we? Oh right, do you feel any more inclined to tell us what you know?" Alyssa asked him, smiling and showing her knife once again.
