{1/1 Water Manipulation}
Saiya had taken a quick break, but was now ready to jump back into training. She read the next and last Basic Technique, realizing it had been the one the Hokage was using to manipulate the water. Saiyuri could already guess the structure behind the jutsu, and started working on the hand seals. As she did, she realized it wasn't just with the shape of the water, but with the temperature as well. Upon completion, Saiya sent out her chakra, watching three small blobs of water rise from the water. She used her hand to make a gesture, one that sent the balls spinning, as Kage had. A smile spread to her face as she heated the blobs, joining them together and watching it boil. Afterword, she stopped boiling, and rapidly froze the water, creating a thin sheet of ice. Saiya soon after ended the jutsu, proud of herself. Saiya wasn't ready to choose what genin technique she wanted to learn, so instead she headed over to the hospital, carrying the scrolls again.

Faith entered the grounds with the scroll of wind jutsu that he got from the library. he smiled as he opened it reading the first technique. 'Of course its a dang clone jutsu...' Faith thought to himself as he focused up wind element chakra and ran through the hand signs. Faith tried out the jutsu but failed to produce anything except for a clone with an arm where it's head should be. Faith dismissed the clone and began to try again.

Faith focused up more chakra then went through the hand sign's slowly and released his chakra. this time a perfect replica of himself was standing right next to him. of course this clone didn't have a chakra system, but it was still a good replica. Faith smiled as he quickly punched the clone in the gut and watched it puff away into wind.

Faith quickly moved onto the next jutsu. seeing as there was a rock near by Faith decided to try it on that. Faith started by focusing his wind chakra underneath the rock. but sadly when he tried to lift it, the jutsu didn't work. Faith was a little frustrated by this but he just calmed down and began to try again.

After putting a little more wind chakra into the technique Faith smiled as he was able to levitate the rock off of the ground a few feet. sadly he couldn't get it up higher than his head so he simply lowered the rock back to the ground and moved onto the next jutsu.

Faith puled out a shuriken for the next technique and chose a tree to throw it at. Faith quickly threw the shuriken then tried to control the air currents around it to make it go faster than normal. but sadly the currents only knocked the shuriken off balance and it ended up missing the tree completely.

Faith pulled out another shuriken then quickly threw it at the tree. This time Faith focused on the shuriken then manipulated the wind currents and was surprised when the shuriken gained speed and struck the tree stabbing itself in deeper than it normally would. Faith smiled at this then went on to the last technique he wanted to learn before taking a break.

Faith quickly began to focus wind chakra around the shuriken that dug itself into the tree. he then made a pulling motion with his hand trying to pull the shuriken out of the tree using wind. The shuriken only moved a few inches but didn't come out of the tree. Faith figured he didn't use enough chakra so he began to try again.

Faith focused more wind chakra around the shuriken then made a quick pulling motion with his hand. The shuriken in the tree suddenly flung itself out of the tree in a burst of wind and was propelled at Faith. Faith was glad for his quick reaction time because he had to bend backwards to dodge the shuriken. as the shuriken flew over his head Faith smiled as he simply fell onto his back and took a good long rest before learning another jutsu.

Faith got up then summoned a wind clone and made it come at him from behind. Faith focused his chakra around him from the back trying to distill the air. sadly he wasnt able to distill the air and the clone hit him in the back of the head then jumped back to where it started from. Faith grew a little angrey at the clone so he made a motion to come at him.

As the clone came at him Faith focused his chakra in the air behind him and managed to distill it. right when the clone was about to hit him Faith released the air in a large burst sending the clone flying five feet backwards into a tree. the clone puffed away upon impact with the tree and faith simply smiled at how effective the technique was.

Faith smiled as he moved on to the next technique he wanted to learn. Faith focused some wind chakra into his palms then made a small pushing motion behind him trying to propel himself forward but the wind sadly only moved him a few inches. Faith was a little frustrated at this but sighed and decided to try again.

Faith focused a good amount of chakra into his palms then made a pushing motion with his hand behind him. Suddenly Faith shot forward and almost tripped over a rock, but luckily Faith caught himself buy bringing his hands to the front and using the wind to push himself he made sure he didn't fall.

Faith shook his head then made a wind clone and had it pull out three kunai so he could try the last technique he wanted to learn. The clone smiled evilly as it threw the kunai at Faith. Faith focused his wind chakra then made a sweeping motion with his hand in front of himself. The wind only spun a little bit but the kunai were not deflected by the wind. Faith quickly ducked narrowly dodging the kunai.

As faith got up the clone threw three more kunai. Faith quickly focused chakra then made a sweeping motion with his hand causing the wind to swirl in a circle in front of him. The kunai bounced off the shield and fell to the ground helplessly. Faith smiled as the clone puffed away into wind.

Faith sighed as he decided to be done training for now so he went off to another place in the village to relax for a while.

Saiya arrived at the Training Grounds, her pack full of scroll that Jip and she could train from. She found an area with no one around, and opened up the Suiton, and Fuuton scrolls. Saiya spent her time reading the next technique she wanted to learn; Water Love. With this jutsu, if ever she was in a situation where there was no water around, like now, Saiya could create some from her chakra. Her mind processed more information as she waited for Jip to come around.

Jipin arrived at the training grounds and looked for Saiya. He walked over to her, seeing that she got the scrolls."You got one for me?" He smiled then took one of the scrolls.*Let's see... something really simple.* Jip spotted an easy jutsu and smiled at it's difficulty. It was a wind clone, which is... a clone... made of wind. He performed the hand signs, concentrating for a moment, forming a clone next to him."Almost as handsome as the original..."

Saiya had momentarily paused to watch Jipin perform the clone, and smiled when he performed it correctly. Jip was apparently a very fast learner. She didn't want to make a link with him, as it would probably disrupt his thoughts. Saiya read the hand seals over for Water Love, and then began to copy them. Saiya performed the seals once more, this time drawing into her chakra. She pulled only a little out, just enough for a possible clone. Saiya was amazed at how the water burst from her, floating around her like an odd halo. She smiled at her ability to complete the jutsu, and dropped the water onto the ground, allowing the dirt to absorb it.

Saiya read over the next jutsu, seeing how it was a low-ranking attack technique. She sighed, not enjoying having to start at the bottom. Perhaps this will make her wiser, or something similar. This technique would allow her to shoot out a ball of water, which wouldn't be too strong, but good for now. It would be a high speed attack, but only with blunt force.

Saiya performed the seals once more, drawing upon her chakra. The chakra entered her throat, and formed a small ball. Saiya opened her mouth, shooting out the ball. She directed it at the ground, and watched it as it slammed into the ground, making a small thud.

{1/1 Water Puddle Technique}
Saiya studied the next jutsu, seeing how it would be a great technique for a trap. She began to copy the hand seals, slowly forming her hand as the scroll depicted. On the last time Saiyuri performed the seals, she used her chakra to activate the jutsu. She immediately felt an odd sensation gripping her body, as she literally dissolved into water. She became a puddle upon the ground, and then ended the jutsu, reforming herself to her true form.

{1/2 Water Shuriken}
Saiya saw how the Water Shuriken would launch from the water, rather than being made from water. She read over the seals, and copied them with her own hands. As she did so, she looked over other parts of the jutsu, and saw how the shuriken could cut, and then revert to water.

Saiya formed the seals once more, and tapped into her chakra reserves. Her chakra launched out to the water she had created, and she watched carefully. Three shuriken shot forth, and sliced through the air, just barely missing Jip. When they hit the floor, the splashed and sent droplets of water around.

Jipin looked up from his scroll as three shuriken flew by him, destroying his clone."Hey! Watch it, next time that could be me!" He laughed playfully at Saiya then continued to read the scroll. Jip found an interesting jutsu that gave him an idea to get back at Saiya. It was Wind Levitation, which is pretty much just levitating stuff. He concentrated for a minute then copied the hand signs. A small rock slowly lifted a couple of inches of the ground. Jip held it there for a second, getting used to the jutsu. He then tried to take it a step further by launching it towards the back of Saiya's head. It wasn't big enough to hurt her but just annoy her.

Saiya read over the next technique, studying the seals and the description. This technique would create a claw to rise from certain types of grounds, and grab an opponent. It would go even farther than that, and drag the opponent under the ground, trapping them there. Of course, they would be able to get out if they were strong enough, easily if it were on water. She copied the hand seals, imitating them with her hands.

Saiya weaved hand signs, and drew upon her chakra. It shot forth through the ground, and into the little pond. The surface bubbled for just a moment, before a large crab claw shot skyward, knocking the pebble to the side, and clamping down on an imaginary enemy. Saiya ended the jutsu, watching the claw disappear into nonexistence. She smiled at Jip, but didn't create a link. Her look said it all. 'Nice try buddy'.

Jipin ended the jutsu as the crab claw hit the pebble."Come on!! That's not right, you messed up my clone." He got over it fast, not usually staying mad at Saiya especially for something so stupid.*It's okay... I'll have lots of chances to end her." Jip continued to read his scroll, spotting an interesting jutsu. It was Projectile Control Skill, which allows you to control a projectile using wind currents. He pulled out a kunai, planning to launch it at a tree. Jip read over the hand seals again then performed them himself. He let the air current carry the kunai over to the nearest tree. All it managed to do was bounce off and make a small scrape."DANG IT!"

Saiya mentally laughed at Jip, her mouth not opening at all. He could be rather comical when he wasn't being evil. Saiya read over the next jutsu, feeling calmed at the moment. She learned that the shield would rise around her, covering her just past her head. Then, she would be able to manipulate the water, and create tentacles or spikes of some sort.

Saiya performed the seals, allowing her chakra to shoot out around her, enveloping her. Water began to gather around her, first in large splotches, and then they formed together, forming a solid barrier around her. She looked up, seeing how the water just covered her. She extended the technique a bit more, going so far as to create tentacles that launched out, adding a bit of offense to the shield. Saiya couldn't help but think how much she much look like an octopus or a squid.
