The mask is a second Shikai and the cricket form is Bankai.
If you have Bankai you don't need to say the release command for Shikai.
Ichigo's Hollowified Form if it's a Resurrecion, can apparently be activated without the need for words. What's to say that Tousen's Resurrecion or whatever it is cannot be activated with a false statement. He may call it a Resurrecion but it's actually a Bankai.

But also a Vizard? ******** up dude, ******** up... My theory is that he rejected every single tie he had as a shinigami and allowed his soul to be overtaken. Remember Hollows used to be human souls as well and human souls CAN turn into hollows, so it's not too hard to believe that Tousen crossed over into Soul Corruption like that, what with the help of the Dragon Balls Hougyoku and all. He didn't wanna be a shinigami so he stopped being one

Well because he had a Hollow mask. Which means he is now a Vizard. But then he activated the ability of becoming a being using Resurrecion. So he is a Arrancar. But he can use his Zanpakuto abilities? (He didn't when using the mask, nor did he in the Resurrecion state. He used Arrancar-like abilities.

But if his mask was a second shikai, then he would need his zanpakuto with him. And as the other two he was fighting knew him for ages, they would probably notice a different Zanpakuto. And if his 'new bankai' gave him sight, why wouldn't he have used it earlier?
Though it is possible that his zanpakuto changed from the original due to the hogyoku.

Speaking of what Tousen is Shizuka, I'm letting somebody else try to be the HM leader, since my man is taking a break. He said he wanted to be a perfect combination of Hollow and Shinigami, something between Arrancar and Vizard. Did ask you for permission?

Notice. Tousen's 'Resurrecion' does not make sense to begin with.
He marvels at the wonder of sight.
And yet names a move in it.
If he knew he had sight in it he wouldn't be amazed at it so we can deduce he's never used it before but, because he's got a named move in it, that means he must have used it.
Or. Can't Zanpakto teach their wielders techniques? Therefore, is it not possible that he learnt the names of his moves from his Zanpakto.
Why didn't he use it and where was it? Good question. Completely unanswerable.

Tite isn't an idiot. Some of the things he has come up with a pure genius. Have you ever heard of a manga where every little detail was explained right away...? Information is released as it is needed.
In bleach it started with the abilities of everything being released as it was needed.
Naruto, it is stuff like the mangekyou sharingan and abiilities such as summoning.
One Piece, the sea stones.
It happens in everything.
