Hijima walked slowly out onto the arena. "Don't think down on me," he said just loudly enough for Hien to hear him.

Hien shrugged and looked at Urufumaru taking his spot next to him. He barked readily. "Begin!" The ANBU vanished.

"How much do you want to win," Hijima asked, speaking only loud enough for Hien to hear. "Because you know the wineer of this match might go on to fight Shukoshu, or even that winged freak."

Hien didn't answer as he ran at Hijima. Three kunai in between his fingers.

Hijima jumped back a few paces, performing handseals as he moved. He finished silently, and pulled out three kunai to match Hien's.

Hien believed it to be either a clone or a substitution. Running up on Hijima, he slashed into him with the three kunai, Urufumaru safely on his back.

Hien fell for the trap. As he slashed, Hijima blocked with his three kunai and with his other hand, slapped a tag onto Hien's wrist. He formed a family handseal and activated the tag. Hien would feel himself slowing down. "I call it Seal of Speed," Hijima said as he jumped back and stowed his kunai for future use. "It literally makes you slower. "

'Oh that really is just disgraceful.' Kanna thought as she watched. Wiping her mouth and hands off she kissed Shukoshu's cheek. "I'll be right back." she muttered as she wiggled out of his robes again, something she was getting extremely good at. Being forced to move a quarter of the speed she was capable of by a combination of the drugs and bipedal movement she darted over to the railing of the arena and nearly plunged over it but caught herself just in time. "Don't be so disgraceful Inuzuka!" she yelled. "Your clan adopted the way of the beast and that's the best you can do?!"

Hien laughed as he stopped. "Pretty paper." He mused as Urufumaru transformed into a living copy of Hien. While he might of slowed down his initial speed, the technique he was going to use more than multiplied their rotation speed so the seal would be of little hindrance to him. Immediately they began to spin, coming from both sides of Hijima. "Gatsuuga!" Thanks to their speed already being higher than Hijima's and the seal not lowering it much, Hijima would not have much to evade and would be hit with the full brunt of the attack.

(I suppose 4 is high enough to stay a float)Hijima was hit and went bouncing across the water. He stood up and grabbed his shoulder, which tingled. "Pretty clever using your dog, I suppose," Hijima said. He reached into his pack and pulled out a single scroll and placed it in his pocket. "At least you are slower than normal."

Hien looked at Hijima, smirking some. Urufumaru who was now in the same shape Hien was, was standing next to him. They immediately shot out after Hijima, jumping up and coming down at him with their claws slashing at him. But at the last minute, Urufumaru would appear behind him, performing his own Tsuuga into Hijima's back. However, Hien sank as Urufumaru would spin into Hijima.

As the dust clears, they would find a large wall of paper hovering in front of Hijima. Behind it, they would find the shinobi resting against it; a small seal written hastily on it "Darn," he said as he spat blood against the paper. He hadn't seen that suprise attack coming to his rear. His pocket was now empty except for a small band that held the scroll he took out earlier together. At this he leaped into the air and landed next to one of the many pillars supporting the arena. He rested against this pillar with one arm as he began forming a set of handseals. As if by their own will, the paper wall began to scatter and fly towards Hijima.
An amazing thing began to happen. The paper folded and twisted and connected to each other little bit until it had anchored itself and around the pillar about twenty feet above the water. hijima pulled out another scroll and loosened the band and this new set of paper began making a moderately sized platform against the anchor he had made against the pillar moments earlier. Once this was complete, Hijima jumped up on top of it and fell to one knee. He was wearing out fast, but at least he know had a slight advantage. It would be harder to get to him and perform the attack, but he would be ready. Hijima, out of sight of his opponent now, pulled out the last scroll of paper, unbound it, and rolled it across the platform . He then stood up, the platform decreasing slightly as a long staff rose up from the floor of the platform, hardening into a a solid, steel-like, nice staff. Hijima grabbed it and stood ready.

Hien quickly made it to the top, being helped by Urufumaru who was still on top of the water. He looked at Urufumaru as he transformed back into his dog-self. "Juu-Henge: Kiseiseibutsu." He ordered. Urufumaru barked and with a loud bang and cloud of smoke, he transformed into a large snarling wolf-like beast, nearly rising to the top of the first platform Hijima made. Hien jumped onto his back and formed a hand sign. "Kotsuuga!" They immediately began to spin in rotation, a dangerous speed that flew towards Hijima, even though he was up that high.
