LCDHondaPunx -nods- Sounds good, sir. No worries. The guild shall be just as fine as how you're leaving it. -smiles- All taken care of. And don't you worry about those demons. The only one you'll have to really watch out for is that Stalker...The worst of them all... So. FCL. You are back. It is good to see you. Sounds like life is going well. And Hehe. I know that whenever I play some DnD, I grab one of my favorite Space Marines to put on the board as my character. But it sounds like you're doing a bit more than that. I'd like to hear about it. Yeah It was actually suprisingly simple to think up the stats for them considering you have a premade stat bar...now the only trouble is how to do skill checks...

Spicing up DnD with 40k. I like it. Well, very nice. Carry on. I'm sure it'll work just fine.
So. I don't know about anyone else... But DoW has definitely had my attention, lately. Along with WoW, of course. Can't. Stop. Playing.
Matthew's just a gamer, I s'ppose..except for when he's working.. Work sucks. Haha. I work at Build-A-Bear. I'm sure some of you guys know what that store is, hu?

Everything has been quite well, Dart. -nods- So, how was your encounter with the outside world? I am hopeful that you were able to slay many xenos on your journey.
Thank you, Jagger. I appreciate you seeing it.
Hey, Dart. Did you happen to see the marine that I drew? It's on the page before this one, I believe. Or, possibly, the page before that. Have a look.
But yes. Thanks very much, Jagger. I do really like it. Hopefully I'll be able to continue drawing. And. Who knows? Maybe my drawing skills will improve.

Mmm'kay. A spark would be nice Dart. Makes things a lot better and more attractive to the guild. Weird combination, but hey, what isn't weird I say? I mean, come on, I'm the tau player.
But enough of that, I killed a golden Jesus yesterday! Lol, the C-tan the Deceiver? Yea, he was nicknamed Golden Jesus at my local Game Store. b*****d took so many shots it was ridiculous. killed him the moment he got into range though. It was me and a Dark Angels guy. We won, he had almost no casualties because I for some reason was scarier then his marines. The NeCorns I think were afraid of the, 3+ to his and 3+ to wound on their warriors. Markerlights, all I got to say.
Can you believe, for 4 turns a squad of Fire warriors held my and the dark angel's left flank for that long against 40 NeCorn warriors? Well... sure the squad got wiped out and all down to the squad leader, but he made his man on his own test with snake eyes. he took out 3 Necron Warriors before he died though. He was garunteed to lose at least one armor save out of 20 wounding shots from a gause rifle... That fight was a 2000 pt. game for each player, there were 4 players, so... playing with 8000 points of models took for ever gonk
But yea, I'm back, I don't know for how long though guys. gonk

Woooo hoooo for backness ! Good to see some old friends back in the forums. I can totally believe fire warriors holding out for a while, a squad of them nearly decimated a squad of blood angels in a game I played once. I like how D&D works I would play it if players here would use 40k characters. good to here you you have a group for it Honda smile
I am total jazzed today, I finely got to see transformers over the weekend and today I get to go to the comic shop and chill for a while. 4laugh Im free im free ! Mwahahaha Im not going back ! No ! you cant make me ! ::runs out of the room::

Good to see some people back, nice to see those who haven't been here in a while.
Anyways, I finished a small Diorama with some bits I just got.
I like to put a story behind all the 40k scenes I make. So basicly a squad of eldar was sent to secure a small thermal powerplant on the outskirts of an Imperial Guard base. It was said to be guarded by only one, and this was the engineer that kept it running.
Should be easy, or so they thaught. The squad of five eldar moved into the small bunker with caution the team leader was Ju'li'ke, at his side was Selion long time friend and his bond mate. They had been on dozens of mission against the Imperials but nothing would prepare them for what they saw next.
As the five man team moved in with total darkness, a flash and the sound like a jackhammer exploded in the distance. The forward scouts head was blown clean away as a bloody pulp fell to the floor. Another shot and the eldar to Ju'li'ke's left chest blew wide open gore spraying the ways as the body fell to the floor. Thats when they finally saw it, the Eldar pressed in their triggers throughing everything they could muster at the monster running towards them. They now knew what they had been fighting a Space Marine, Chain Sword and Bolter inhand. Their fire bounced form his red armor with little effect. The third surviving eldar was in his path and the blade of hte chainsword like a hungy lion bit into his flesh cutting him in half.
In a last ditch effort Selion pulled a plasma grenade from her pouch and tossed it at the Marine. It exploded inches form his head, a bright ball of blue engulfed the giant. For one gleaming moment they thought they had killed it. But as the smoke cleared there he was, a layer of his armor was melted and the paint burned away. But it had little effect on the Marine. A bolter round found its mark in Selions stomach blowing a massive chunck form her gut and sending her to the floor in a heap. Ju'li'ke screamed seeing his dearest fall, blood streaming from the open wound. The Marine walked up to her ready to put another bolt in her skull. The only thing he could think of was to run in front of her body. He stretched his arms out in a vain attempt to protect his love. He pleaded for her life, but there was no pleading with a Marine. Behind the black lenses and under the half melted helmet the Space Marine broke a smirk as he put a round through Ju'li'ke heads, and then killed the wounded eldar on the ground.
"This is Tech Marine Calcillius, my postion is secure."
(Sorry for spelling mistakes I wrote this in about 2 minutes. Anyways I will have pictures of the model soon.)

Not bad for 2 minuets dart, I cant wait to see the model. Your right to add fluff to scenes/diorama style models, I think it adds to the craftsmanship put into them because they are telling / showing a part of a story.

It was interesting. Extremely ruthless and heartless too. I would have never expected you to have done that Dart. But to tell you the truth, unless it was a Blood angel, I don't think that he would have really smirked for killing them. More so congratulated them on their failed attempt to stand against the Emperor's will. But still, thats just my two cents added in, Great for two minutes.
Isis, those damn get back up rules are what screwed me over. Hey, are we still moderating heavy foul language like, screw, crap, and female dog? I'm just curious...
Toguchi, what the hell did you do this time?
