ananda082001 bestmom ananda082001 I've told hubby a lot of stories about the guild and that the idea of getting together was being kicked around. We've decided that if we do have a real life get together that I get a "don't ask, don't tell" weekend, cause he's not sure if he'd want to know the details. xd Bring him along so he wont have to wonder, besides i would like to meet him too. I could ask, but I don't think he'd want to go. He's uncomfortable around a lot of people he doesn't know. If we actually do get a time set to get together though, I'll definitely talk to him more about it. Both about possibily going and about how he'd feel if he doesn't go. I felt that way when I met my ex's Tribe. While he was quite comfortable with them and their mates, I was not. I prefer that I know the people in a crowd...otherwise, I tend to just keep to myself. However, I wouldn't mind meeting your hubby. 3nodding

Jiggalicious Hehehe...he wouldn't come with you? *giggles mischeviously* Probably not. That's why we'd have to have a long talk about how comfortable he is with the idea of me going alone. Maybe work out some parameters. At the very least, he'd have to be comfortable knowing I'd be flirting outragously with everyone there. xd

He just assumed that I was an idiot and when I said I'd like to get to Canada to see SFU he was like Canada is a large country, you do realize? Second largest in the world, in fact. He also felt the need to mention that Nova scotia has NAmerica's only piping college.
I was like Yes, I do realize, Which is why I said I'd go for the sake of seeing them. Burnaby, BC is where they're located, I do believe? Also, for what it's worth, carnegie mellon and a few other universities offer majors in piping. Not the same, perhaps but, either way, that's hardly Nova Scotia's biggest claim to fame.
Because, believe it or not, I am not a complete idiot, I hope you do realize?
