it's the phrasing of the technique in the guild that left me in the dark. I'm not sure where the guild gets it's descriptions for it's techniques, but I tend to favor leaf ninja for mine and there the description differs on only one point. It doesn't refer to the the substance as dust it refers to it as, satetsu, iron sand, like the Kazekage uses. xd And we all know how much fun I have with sand surprised
