It did, though everyone else on the team went against the surrender vote, it got annoying when he kept on trying it again and again.
Heh, you just push him over and walk away. Someone might come by eventually to help him up.

I'm not too sure... People would get annoyed, but I don't think it would count for anything. But the longer the match goes for, if you are losing, the more xp you get from it, as you get a bonus for a 'long defense'.
