why do people always disappear when they're needed, or something good is going on?

My thoughts exactly.
Except you're missing the 'I'm really hungry' part. xP

sigh...I am not posting because I am waiting on people and my interest is sadly dropping...oh well... question for you guys: should we start with the current teams and assume that the others are in the remaining spots?

mhmmm...
Anlu can act as second in command for the medic team, seeing as eithe roption for the leaders of the team... well, they're both inactive.
The rest of the inactives will end up on stealtth, too, seeing as the fighter groups are filled.

You know we never did sit down and figure out how the captain and Nemo have progressed together in two years.

Lol, my characters have plenty of flaws, thank you very much.
Besides, I just figured she'd rather spend the two years threatening him while over a large body of water instead of taking the time to try and teach the guy.
Anyways, they can always have some sort of secret hideout somewhere by the crossroads?

That could be a flaw, but I was referring to blindness and overconfidence for one, and dislike forherself and scared of heights for the other.
