She gracefully poured Kibakichi's sake and bowed, "Would you like anything else, Kibakichi-san?" Iyasu looked over to Tanpopo and noticed the note that Tora had slipped over to her. She glanced over to Tora and then looked away.
"If no one else has any stories why don't Tanpopo-chan and I play on the shamisen and have someone dance?" She offered.

"I have a story...." she siad without thinking, not sure which storry to tell. But then agian she would just pick something that they all would enjoy at this hour, horrer. She got up and blew out a few candles, not all, but only a few to creat a dim light.

No thank you. I bow my head to Iyasu, thanking her for the refill. My eyes quickly adjusted to the dim light as Onmy blew several candles and began to tell her stories.

"Of course . . ." She nodded back to him and held back a depressing sigh. Iyasu felt she was all of a sudden out of bounds in the room. Tanpopo was starting to look tired and bored . . .
'Perhaps, it would be best to go after Omny's stories.'

Tora froze. Her heart stopped. "Why?" Tora handed Kibakichi a rice cake. "Here you are," she said, head bowed. She turned suddenly and stuffed her face into her tea cup, taking a long drink to hide the pain in her eyes. She was glad for the dim light.

Over hearing Kibakichi's request for another rice cake from Tora, Iyasu couldn't take it.
"Oh my! It is getting very late and my novice, you look so tired! I better be heading back to the okiya." She stood up almost too quickly and bowed to the party. "It has been a pleasure to entertain you this evening." A bitter taste slid off of her tongue as she walked out of the room, having Popo-chan follow behind her.

Tora saw Iyasu leave suddenly. "Oh, what have I done?" she cried. "I don't want anymore pain for anyone!" Tora tried to keep a strait face as she bowed and bid goodbye to she and Popo.

"Aw crap!! Now all I've gone and done was make things worse!!" I roared at myself in my head relizing my stupidity. A low feral-like growl came from the back of my throat, as wave after wave of rage and frustration, hit me nearly overwelming. My ki shot up and the air in a area of 3 inches around my body, became very warm. I clenched my teeth, my upper lip raised up into a feral snarl, and frowned, clenching my fists, the rice cake exploding in my hand, causing most of the muscles in my body to ripple, then become tight and taunt. I slowly rised to my feet, bowed to everyone. I need to retire for the night....Thank you. Goodnight. I said through clenched teeth as I turned and walked out of the room.

What started out as a giggle turned into a chuckle. From there it grew into a full blown laugh, as Shagatsu couldnt control himself anymore. Wordlessly wiping the tears from under his eyes he walked out of the room, laughing the entire way.

Outside the Tea house I look up at the snight sky and the moon, a single tear slides from the corner of my left eye, and I run at high speed, back to my new homes at the stables.

As she finished out blowing the candles she turned around.... and everyone was gone. Left alone out of no where, with no one but Tora. " Oh FINE! JUST LEAVE!" she yelled and sat down pouting. " Just leave and don't even let me start... and I had a good one too!" she pouted like a child as she grumbled to herself.

Tora almost started crying as everyone left. It was all because of her stupidity. She saw Omny still behind and warmness filled her heart. She stood and sat beside her and placed a warm, gentile hand on hers. "I don't understand it," she said quietly, "You were always one to stand beside me. Why?"

Omny looked up from her grumpyness, she was no quiet sure what Tora was talking about. " What exacly do you mean?"

"You," she said again. "You have always been there for me. The "cat" thing," she winked, and giggled slightly. "And everything with Shagatsu! With the fuss I made i'm surprised you even want to look at me," she said sadly. "Thanks for not abandoning me." She embraced Omny. "I'm sorry."
