Ike was stretched out on the couch, thinking about what the members of the destroyed Team Tsunami were doing. Matt and Shelly weren't bright enough to take over the team. No, Tsunami was finished. He only prayed that Archie would never come back.
Then he thought about Team Clone. Somewhere they have Prof. Oak tied up with rope or something. What if they were forcing him to do experiments? Wouldn't make much sense since they already have Imposter Oak. Wouldn't Oak's apprentice know something? He was there the day Aqua visited Oak's lab.
Ike looked up and out the window into the sea where he spotted a school of Luvdisc swim by.
If Cyrus had a real Darkrai, why isn't he attacking us with it? Is that not his intentions? We don't have Cresselia anymore... the Aqua Ball it was captured in was most-likely destroyed in the hurricane, freeing it back into the wild.
Boy, and here Ike thought he would have more peace of mind with Archie gone.

Sammy crawled into the main room, staying below the furniture. Squirt and Vixen were under the couch, and she was determined to scare them. As she went to suprise them, she found them, instead, sitting behind her. Squirt then used water gun on Sammy. "AAAAAiiiiiIII! Don't do that! scream "

x-cupids arrow-x Sammy crawled into the main room, staying below the furniture. Squirt and Vixen were under the couch, and she was determined to scare them. Don't do that! scream " Ike looked over from his own little world to the three he hadn't noticed before. "Oh, just you guys. Hey there." he said with a tired tone to his voice.

Sammy let her head come up from behind the couch for a moment. "Hey, Mr. Ike. What's got you la-la land?" Asked Sammy, now seeing Troy walk into the room. Troy glared at Squirt and Vixen, who he had seen scare Sammy out of her mind. He now held a scowl on his face as he cracked his nuckles. "Squirt...o.o"

She asked, looking over at him with a questioning expression. Ike just stayed still, looking up at the domed window. "If there never was a Team Aqua and Team Magma, who do you think you'd be doing right now?" he asked, not sure why he had to ask before-hand to ask this.

"Hmm... I'd be mourning." Sammy mumbled in a sorrowful tone. She wouldn't be able to get that night out of her mind, if she wasn't in Aqua. "Why do you ask? Is something wrong, Mr. Ike?" Sammy inquired, hoping that she wasn't prying too much. Her pokemon now began to listen in to their conversation.

"I dunno." he grunted, rolling over on his side to face the blank screen on the TV. "Archie's the reason there is a Team Aqua. His name is always going to be the first thing that pops in people's heads when they hear Team Aqua. It's just weird to see him defeated... and at the same time... I don't think he's really gone for good."

Sammy chuckled, leaning against the back of the couch. "But I can see where you're coming from. If we're only known for Archie's bad deeds, and not for our 'community service' does that make us good or bad?" She asked, not expecting an answer. She hoped he would answer, though.

"That guy on the news... he told Gabby his whole family thinks Aqua's good. Even after everything that went down in Lilycove over the past few months..." he sighed as he sat up straight. "If it was just us versus the bad guys, our job would be simple. But if you throw everyone in the mix and all their families... that's pressure. Back in the day, people forgot we existed. Archie was overthrown and Hoenn had a couple years of "peace", so to say. Ever since that giant green cloud, though... we've been all over the news." After he had said that, he did remind himself that it was part of Archie's plan to turn the public against us. Now, though, it seemed to have back fired.
