The barrier is GMing plain and simple, which is clearly against the rules, which is why I want some changes made.

And Hid, honestly, don't expect to get through the barrier with two posts of you just blasting away at it. People have been doing that for ages. You want to get in you're either going to have to use a lot more brain power or start sucking up really badly to Mas sweatdrop

I don't want to get through the barrier in two posts, I want some kinda ******** sign that your barrier is actually being effected by the shots! I mean you get shot you get weakened...your barrier isn't even getting phased!

Also, forgot...... there is only one barrier. There isn't a barrier around the barrier. That may have been the case at the sanctuary in its later days, but anywho. Yeah, Than's material makes up the entire barrier.
I'll admit that Teg had something by strategically aiming his cannons, but it's not half of what you'd need to break in. I might be more allowing if the method was more original, but shooting it really doesn't strike me as worth much sweatdrop D's method of getting in is a little sketchy and unsure, but at least it has some unique approach to entry which was less likely for Mas to have taken into account when designing the barrier. I think taking care of the problem of people shooting it would be his first method to counteract.

I argued about this with you, you told me check what Kai did. I spent 30 minutes searching, found it, and brought it to you. It's page 652-3 if I remember correctly.We then determined that the barrier gets brittle as force is applied, but always retains the ability to absorb force.
The conclusion? No matter how brittle it gets, it's unbreakable. That is GM-ing. No weakness, nothing gets through. I then asked you about it more, and you said it'd require more IC knowledge. That's just you stalling over MSN. LEt's not dance around this and make it out to something it isn't.
