Tora saw Iyasu's face drop. "I was played again!" she cried. "She loves him and I knew it! No more, no more! I can't handle it!" Tora backed away mentaly and stared at the floor. "How can I be so dumb?" Tora passed Kibakichi a rice cake without making eye contact. "I say the second is true," Tora sighed, thinking of her own cursed love life.

I watch Iyasu 's face drop and the recation it had on Tora. "Uh-oh. Great, now I've hurt them I can't stand this! I can't even flirt without hurting someone!" I growled at myself and I clenched my right fist tightly and gently took the rice cake with other. Thank you. The muscles in my forearm were taut and firm, my teeth clinched, and a frown on my face, one frustration and guilt. "Damn it Sensei! Of everything you taught me, you had skip love?" I had paid attention to Iyasu's stories, but I was too furious to determind fact and fiction.

She smiled to everyone, keeping her appearance up for her younger sister and Ariku, her two and only students. Iyasu watched everyone and thought of the younger girls in the room.
"Has everyone made their guesses?" Her voice dripped with excitement, as if nothing had happened.

Tora smiled in understanding at Iyasu. "I believe everyone has but Shagatsu-san and Kibakichi-san," she stated.

I was so unsure of myself that I was unable to speak. I bit into my rice cake.

Tora lowered her eyes as she took a drink of her tea. "Everyone around me is happy and has someone, so why am I not happy for them?" she asked herself.

"If everyone has made their guesses," She paused, "The first story is true and second story is false." Iyasu said quickly, holding the real truth on her tongue, but biting it back. She wanted to protect Tanpopo and Ariku, at least for this night. "That means Omny-chan and Tora-san have to drink of penalty sake!"

Tora sighed. She knew the truth, but drank her sake without a word. "Well, who's next?" she asked, adding on a smile at the end.

"I'll try," she smiled, not wanting things to come to an end.
Story One: Once in a small village lived a young man. He had dreams to become a famous samurai! He trained and traind and finally the day came he was old enough to join the emperor's army. On the day he was to inlist, an unfortunate event led to his right arm being decapitated. He felt like a failure because all his life he wanted to be in the army, and now he'd never get the chance.
Story Two: There once was a beautiful woman, the most beautiful woman in the world! She was very rich and powerful and had maids to tell her everyday how beautiful she was. One day her palace caught on fire and she got trapped inside. The fire burnt her skin and left a scar across her face. She fell into a deep depression for many years, then one day took her own life. She left a note behind saying she was too ugly to live. But, what she didn't know, is the scar had humbled her and made her more beautiful, captivating, and more mysterious than ever.

"Story two. I think both are likely but I think a woman holds her vanity dear." Shagatsu said, pouring himself a glass of sake.

Ariku smiled and thought for a second.
"The first one is tragic and the second one sounds like an average rich......lady..." she paused again, "But, I suppose I shall go with the second one.... Because, I hope the first one is not true." she said giving a small frown.
She picked her sake glass up just in case she was wrong.

"I believe it is the second one." She agreed with everyone. Typically, she always guessed wrong; maybe going with the crowd on this one will help.
