"Eh? I-unno." he says, shrugging. "Kinda gets like this everytime Halloween comes around. Never knew why..."

Ike feels as if he is on the spot as he raises his hands up. "I dunno. Archie's dealt with... Galactic seems to be falling apart... maybe we can go on a vacation to somewhere? That is if no one else has any other sort of business that needs to be taken care of."
