Johnny Malone 7th Sea, a swashbuckling RPG set in a fantasy realm based on 17th century Europe. The system it uses is lends itself better to storytelling than DnD. Considering are groups love of swashbuckling the game seems like a natural fit. But then we have to learn a new rules system, then we have just one book to share among us so everyone will be fighting over it, and right now we're more into our current dungeon delving.

I can deal with that. The main problem is how rare some of the books are for the game. My friend had to spend a lot of money on ebay for some of the rarer sourcebooks. Ah well, someday I may buy the core rule book.

So it looks like they made a version of 7th Sea in d20 now. It's called "Swashbuckling Adventures." I may have to check this out.

Meh. I'll stick to D&D. I like Orcs and Hobgoblins.
