He grin with a smile as he said, "Shash that was the first phase of your training to control the demon inside you and it was the only thing I could think of at the moment. The first part; the part that felt like your soul was gone well that was supposed to happen. The soul is the part of us that lets the emotions get to it tells us what to fell at that moment and so we let are emotions run our lives well most of us anyway. And if we make a small part of a wall in front of our soul that the emotions or feelings have to go around this wall or if the wall is big enough and has what we call an emotional gate; a small door or gate that can open and close when we choose then we run our lives. Well anyway you already got past the first phase in this training if you will and there two more phases left I think. So just tell me when your ready." Then Chris picked the weapon and put it back in his pouch.

"Hmm still some anger well that's supposed to happen but remember to not let any emotions show. Now for phase two.....you have at least three minutes to get the chakra from your demon to become usable but first you must use up all of your regular chakra. Do you understand so far?"

"Yes but you having the demon doesn't mean you know how to control it which is why you must get rid of one um part of chakra or the chakra that you would normally have if you didn't have the demon. Do you understand the we.............well you have two sets of chakra; yours and your demon's. OK so you must find a way to get rid yours not your demon's chakra, just your chakra must be depleted first so that you just remain with the demon's chakra and once that happens it's most likely that you might feel a little weak for a moment. OK?"

"That is something that you must figure out. Let see naruto had the same problem and what he did was make thirty clones of himself and each clone had the same amount of chakra that he did and he fought each one by have for.....I believe it was 11 hours with no stopping and at the end of defeating all his clones his regular chakra was gone but his demon chakra remained and that the one he needed to summon the chief toad. But in your case you won't be summoning anyone but your demon's chakra."

"Hmm let me see...[Chris closed one eye and looked closely at Shash]...nope you still have a small amount of regular chakra left and once it's done I want you to build up your chakra but concentrate on what your demon chakra feels like, then I want you to summon some shadow clones but there should be around 2000 at the most because any higher then that you wouldn't be able to have the balance of chakra that was distributed in each one. Understand?"

"Hmm, [he looked closely]...yes I think you have the hang of it now for phase three. The hardest of the three, now you must release from your demon chakra. And you mustn't have any fear because if you have even a little then the demon will take back control, just believe that you can do it. And once you are back to normal then you must get into a stance to build your regular chakra back and once you do then we will go from there."
