(OOC: Then the problem will be all of the jutsus you've learned so far. Unless, of course, you got whatever scroll it was that you were learning the other jutsus from by posting in the library or something. At least, I think you can do that. You don't need a chuunin+ person to give you a scroll if there's none active, right?)

{Yep, its not really far for the people who have to post to get their scrolls, even if you do plan to burn it up. I know alot of activity isnt there but the guild is going threw some changes.
Yes I think posting at a libray will be ok considering alot of people have been unactive. But if Cobra decides this isn't up to par with what he wants he can over rule us, not that I think he will have a problem with it.}

Almost tripping at the sudden, but not unexpected, pressure from behind him, Hiruzen tried to move fast enough to not get bowled over by the small girl, she didn't quite watch her strength(Which, contrary to what she herself says, isn't a small bit.) when she was excited. Havik laughed as he followed Hiruzen to the Ramen shop. He worried himslef about what Kage would be thinking, what this Vincent character would try and do if the two of them told him what Havik was. Havik then thought about the boy from his village... the one who became a rogue ninja because of what Havik was... the one he would have to kill if he ever saw again.
Thinking of this some what changed Havik's expression and he walked to the Ramen shop.

Finding himself a secluded area the eleven year old Chuunin widened his stance and held both hands in front of his chest in open palms. His steady breathing mirrored the method he used to direct his chakra along his chakra circulatory system. His eyes were closed during this cycle, developed to purify his inner energies so they could be exspelled easier. His ear twitched once the sound of rustling leaves alerted him to movement in the upper tier of the tree branches. Instantly his hands came together for the technique he had been practising, collecting and molding chakra then channeling them towards his right hand. A series of concussive bursts riddled the branches, blasting leaves aside and knocking the precariously perched clone from his perch. The bursts surrounded the branches, eventually breaking them into a hail of splinters that laced the air. [ 2/2

Saiyuri arrived at the training grounds, and set to work on learning the jutsu she had been assigned immediately. Saiya picked through the scrolls, finding the Basic Water Techniques. *Fish spit? Really?* Saiya sighed aloud, wondering if something so unnecessary could actually be called a jutsu. Well, the Hokage didn't say she could pick and choose, best just to learn them all, no matter how lame. She looked at the first jutsu on the list; Trick of Water. The sweat of her finger would shoot out, and hopefully blur the vision of the target. Saiyuri performed the hand seals, feeling her chakra well up inside of her, and rush to her finger. She flicked it out, and sure enough, a line of water shot out.

Saiya studied the next technique, realizing this might actually be useful. It would pick up water, and cease its waves, making it a perfect mirror. Saiyuri performed the hand seals, concentrating her chakra inside of her. She stared down at the pond infront of her, and sent her chakra out to it. The water rose from the pond, not too big, as Saiya didn't want to wear herself out. It was as big as her face, and soon enough it stopped shaking, and held still. The water shimmered for just a moment, before throwing her reflection at her. Saiya quickly checked her image, and then ended the jutsu, letting the water fall down.

Saiya sat on her heels, looking at the next technique. She ran a hand through her short hair, attempting to keep it out of her face. Of course, it had been a feeble attempt, seeing as how the hair just replaced itself soon after. Nonetheless, Saiyuri read the next, unnecessary technique, and looked at the hand seals. While she read, Saiya practiced the hand seals. This jutsu will enable Saiya to spit...water...As she completed the seals, her chakra was drawn from her, and headed for her mouth. Saiya's cheeks welled up with the water, and she released it in a jet. Saiya continued the technique, 3 more times, and then ended the jutsu.

Saiya dipped her hands in the cool water, receiving goosebumps from it. She had been reading over the next technique, and decided this had been the most useful by far. As she studied the jutsu, she practiced the hand seals. Saiya would be able to create a clone out of water, and it would be able to perform one jutsu she was able to.

Upon completion of the seals, Saiya's chakra was pulled from her, and headed straight for the pool of water. The water rose up, and took a humanoid shape, and then began to solidify, taking Saiya's features. Saiya observed...herself, all around the sides. After being satisfied with the results, Saiya dispelled the clone.
