Wow actually thats a really good question O.O I'll have to let Kurai or Matt answer that. Maybe you can go check out the sig shops and see what the last number was? Not sure. Sorry sweatdrop I've never thought of that before.

BUT YOU MUST have a significant letter after the NO.
For example Ceron uses -C , Matt uses -M
So if you would make your own, you would probably use.
-ST or something
so it would end up being
No. 001-ST
or so.
and for the quote question. No your not allowed to quote in RPs. But you are allowed in OOC rooms.~*
