The soft sound of Kyoku's wooden zori scraping along walkway announced her presence before she appeared.
"Oh my" she said stepping in, a maid scuttling over to remove her shoes. "Seems as if Koturo-sama has had a good time!" Kyoku giggled lightly and stepped into the room.

"Welcome back, Kyoku-san!" Nitta smiled and bowed in greeting.
"I was just telling Sayuri that she seems to be taking on the same graceful dancing style that you use yourself! I only hope that my sister-to-be and I are as well matched." Nitta grinned over at Serena.

"We have not yet set up the ceremony, but I am sure it will be soon!" Nitta replied, happiness in her voice.

"We shall have to contact the proper authorities to let them know of our decision." Nitta said, turning to Serena.
"We also need to make sure you have the formal ensemble for the ceremony." Nitta smoothed her kimono, thinking. "We will need the kimono, obi accessories, footwear, hair ornaments....so much to do! I'm so excited!" Nitta laughed softly.
"Can I offer anyone some tea?" She picked up the teapot, waiting for a response.

This is, of course, my first time being an older sister, and I am so eager to see you succeed!" Nitta set the teapot down and clapped her hands softly. "By the way, how are your classes going? Dance, tea ceremony, shamisen? Are you having trouble with any of them?"

From what I've seen, you may have two left feet," Nitta's eyes twinkled brightly. "But you have strong, graceful arms, and steady hands for holding your fan. The footwork will improve with time!" Nitta laughed softly once more, this time at the idea of someone truly having two left feet.
