Well now that I think about it...
KILL CLOUD!!!
cloud has not had a major disaster in a while and sypher is still going crazy in suna so that issue is taken care of...

Cloud was attacked last month by like 4 Akatsuki members who destroyed the entire village and catured the 9 tails. Now Mist has not seen anything bad happen in like ever.

Why not Sand? You can never be too sure that only one person can blow it up with only one person...unless it's Zeramaru or Mikyo.

That is, if he survives. Maybe I'll have him leave for a week, then pretend to be normal, although I'll leave some subtle hints that he's changed...then go on a midnight massacre throughout some village. confused Hmmm...choices, choices....
