I thought that it was a decision taken by all the leaders to group in order to fight... which means that the higher ranked ones are the ones leading... no?
Now I am confused o.O
Well I don't know, maybe the leaders can start asking for people's attention and try to refocus the gathering on the problem at hand? no?
