stare it sure as hell does.. unless we want to become all boring like the battle arena, where all they do is fight and they never have anything close to RP socialization...

Well the Merchants Ring is not in the description but by the same token neither is the main arena. I figure if we say its there, its there. Unless otherwise noted.

HonoRaven stare it sure as hell does.. unless we want to become all boring like the battle arena, where all they do is fight and they never have anything close to RP socialization... You shouldn't be so condescending and judgemental. BA is a contrast to here... where the only thing that goes on is RP socialization. Which is probably why 95% of the members are weak. They're a battle arena.. they fight. They live up to the name. I'd only be troubled if they didn't do that.

I watched them all argue the AMP and then continue to argue it as one girl pulled Miss Cleo over and over again, and they just let her sweatdrop honestly they fought more OOC than they did IC... and I know how much we fight around here, so I am not underestimating when I say that they had more OOC fights going on than we have had in years sweatdrop

OOC chatter goes on here more than roleplay. Then again that's true of a lot of places.
So what's your point? They only have that thread. Where else are they gonna settle any differences or get anything done?

I've witnessed decent ability there.
And I've witnessed (and was a part of) bullshit there.
I haven't seen anyone that I'd put on speed dial for a fight or anything like at Lubu.
But hey... as long as they keep fighting and don't go soft. They'll improve.
Rather than confine themselves to a single place and get comfortable with "safe" conflicts and peaceful days.
