Chloe cuddled up to Lute on the other side, smiling a little as she hugged him. "Iʻll try to keep the nightmares away," she whispered, looking up at him.
Finally, Razz knocked on the door.

Lute smiled some and wrapped his arms around Chloe before drifting off to sleep between the two.
Yumi looked up from her books, chewing on the end of her pencil. "Come in."

Razz pushed his way into the room, and put the tray down on Yumi's desk, raising his eyebrows at the books she had open. 'You have that answer switched. It was 239, not 392," he commented, careful not to tell her she was wrong.

Yumi watched as Razz came in with a tray of food. It seemed to be a common greeting from him. And she loved it. She then looked down at her work when he mentioned the answer. She quickly spotted her mistake and corrected it. "Sorry. Thanks." she said, giving him a smile.

Razz smiled back. "You're welcome. I get the feeling that if you fail this doesn't work," he teased, though he knew she wouldn't fail. He picked up one of the pastries himself, taking a bite and smiling some more. "Help yourself to some sugary goodness."

Yumi laughed some and got up, taking a pastry as well and taking a bite of it. How she needed this pick-me-up. She was getting all bored and tired.

Razz shrugged. "I came because supposedly we're getting along now in a dating fashion."
Kai, Kapaʻa and Yuke finally made it to the castle. Kai got her brother settled in a spare guest room, then made her way to her room, entering.
Yuke, too, returned to his room, going straight to his wife.

Kai was promptly snuggled by Hakaru upon her return.
Yuke was promptly tackled to the floor and smothered in Natalia's loving, worried kisses.
Yumi nodded some. "So should we tell everyone?"

Kai wrapped her arms around Hakaru, burying her face against him and smiling. "Hopefully the next time this happens we'll be ready," she murmured, meaning that the merfolk would be ready and that she, Yuke, and Chloe could sit out the battle.
Yuke laughed and pushed on Natalia's shoulders gently for a moment, so he could look up into her face. He grinned at his wife, then let go. "Resume," he said jokingly, having got a glimpse of her face.
Razz shrugged. "I haven't got anyone awfully important to tell. But, personally, I'm not sure I wanna be in the same room when you tell your mom. Just in case. She scares me," he said, rubbing the back of his neck and giving her a pleading look.
Demetri felt a disturbance. Not necessarily a bad one, but it was a feeling in the pit of his stomach that something was up with his daughter. He rolled over and put his arms back around Lunora in an attempt to ignore it, keeping his eyes stubbornly closed for as much as he wanted to go and check up on her. [OOC:] For our next big twist after we sort out Lute's nightmares and Yumi + Razz status, I was thinking maybe something with Fester. Wanna hear?

Hakaru nodded some and laid Kai down in bed, tucking her in. "Now you get some rest, missy."
Natalia watched as Yuke pushed her away slightly. Once she was allowed back close to him, she kissed him sweetly. "I missed you. I was so worried..."
Yumi shuddered some at the mention of her mother. "Even I don't want to be in the room..."
Though when he cuddled back to the fox, he got booted out of bed. And when he looked to her to ask why, she pointed to the door. "Go check on her, you lazy thing."

[OOC:] Well, basically, since we last saw Fester, he charmed another dragon and they had a kid. Fester either killed or trapped or mentally disabled his "mate" so that he could magically alter his "child" to be the perfect weapon to get into Mesilici. Kai stuck her tongue out, but closed her eyes. She reached out and latched her arms around Hakaru's neck, pulling him down into the bed with her.
Yuke held Natalia, kissing her cheek after she kissed him. "I know, I know. But I was with my mother. Do you think she'd even let me within a twenty mile radius of something dangerous?"
Razz nodded. "I only had one class with her before I realized fighting was not where I was headed," he said, shaking his head at the memory.
Demetri pouted and stood, waving his hand to dress himself. "Fine then." he muttered, heading to his daughter's room. He was about to raise his hand to knock, when he heard the voices. So he slipped inside, raising his eyebrows at seeing Razz and Yumi. Getting along. Getting. Along.

[OOC:] I like that. And probably Fester messed with her mind. Then we can have a kid bent on revenge! Until his Daddy is finally defeated and he had to try and adapt to Mesilici.
Hakaru smiled and crawled into bed with her, kissing her sweetly.
Natalia nodded some and pulled him to bed. She wanted some cuddles to ease her worried little nerves.
Yumi laughed some. "Yeah. My mom isn't for the faint of heart. I'm still shocked on how she and Dad get along so well." she said with a laugh.

[OOC:] Yeah, pretty much. Kai put her arm over Hakaru, nuzzling against him and beginning to fall asleep.
Yuke kissed Natalia's forehead and cuddled to her as he knew she wanted. "I love you," he whispered in her ear.
Demetri cleared his throat after Yumi spoke, and Razz looked over. The young chef gulped and tapped Yumi on the shoulder, waiting to see if she'd come up with an excuse or tell the truth.
