Zy kissed her neck several times before biting into her skin and drinking her blood. after awhile, he pulled back, waiting for the blood to take its affect.

shaon collapsed in his arms and shuddered.
Zander turned, trying to control himself as he held Janan, who had fallen asleep.

Zy held Shaon close as the large cut on his back began to heal. I love you. He whispered in her ear.

Shaon couldn't physically respond, instead forcing herself to speak. "you, too.." she mumbled. she had lost too much blood and the fight had worn her as well.

Soon, Zy stood up. carrying his wife in his arm. Lets go then. He told Zander.

Shaon felt relieved as he lifted her. she smelled somethign threatening and growled,
Zander nodded, holding Janan and nuzzling her as he stepped out.

"Alright." Zander nodded, picking up the pace and sniffing his way through the area.

Zy continued following after Zander as he held Shaon close. This wasn't supposed to happen. Not like this. Bruce wasn't supposed to win. Janan and Shaon were supposed to be safe. This wasn't supposed to happen.

Zander turned. "that guy is gaining." he stopped and put Janan it Shaon's arms. "here, you run, i'll try to hold him off." he told Zy.

Zy looked at Zander and then down at Janan in his arms. He didn't want this life for her. He wanted Jana to live happily in the farm. He had forgotten that after Jerick told him about the prophecy. Be careful. He told that man.
