If you don't have TBC or WotLK then you can only go to 60 on mah server...
And you can't be either of the other races or a Deathknight. You just need to download the others, you don't need to buy it. If you buy it, then you can upgrade your account to play on Blizz's servers, but you just need the game for mine.
The problem is that if you update it, they won't let you play version 1 on Blizz's servers without reinstalling it. You could install it in another directory and update the second one to work on my server...

I'd rather buy it though...
since my grandparents have a slow connection and I really don't want to hear their mouths. D=
Next month I should be getting TBC, though...
