The image grew darker and its yellow eyes glowed red, shifting into the form of the black dragon Lloyd had become multiple times "You cannot escape Zeta's curse, as long as she exists, you are no more then a slave to her" The tail melted around lloyd's legs and slid down, leaving black scales where it fell and shifting his leg and foot into a dragon talon

"Shut up!" He puleld his dragon leg out and jumped away, the black slime following after him as well "I'm no slave to that dragoness, even if I look like a dragon, I'll always be human"

So you've been alone ever since the curse became active in Anja?

((Yeah, I guess I was more worried about school getting in the way then what people will be busy with after Xmas sweatdrop ))

"You can't escape your own dreams" The iamge shrunk and morphed into a shadow of Lloyd's apeparance, walking towards Lloyd as the slime spread out with each shadow step "You and I are the same, where there is light, there is darkness and I am the darkness" He melted into the slime and reformed in front of Lloyd, gripping his neck tightly "And soon there will be no light, only darkness, eternal darkness"

He gripped the shadowy glove of the dark form holding him and tried to release himself again, no luck still "I get it" He felt the shadow start to melt around him and act like the slime below, his one talon slipping on the creeping slime "You were held back by the golden dragon and now that he's gone-"

Exactly my pet A voice echoed through the dark area and two yellow eyes, thin pupils glaring in the middle of the yellow pool. The shadow figure melted completely and covered Lloyd, trapepd under a black pool of slime. The yellow eyes moved in closer and looked down at the slime, claws and fingers moving around the surface as the two sides fought agaisnt each other. He could feel the slime attacging to his skin and morphing into black scales all around, while the slime behind him conencted together and slithered around, infusing to his lower back and becoming a dragon tail of darkness. The rest of the slime connected as well and formed giant folds of scales, shifting intro wings and fusing with his shoulders. The tips of his nails, fingers and toes, became hard and silver claws or talons, his teeth becoming sharp and long as well. He rose from the slime slowly, morphing into a dragon completely as he csurfaced and looked up at the eyes

"Zeta, this isn't over" He growled and looekd down, the slime crackign and falling below until the ground around him fell, falling for what felt like forever, until his eyes opened, his eyes the real world. He scrambled to his feet and looked around, looking at his hands and feet quickly

Yeah, but if we never met, I would have never existed, we owe them our very lives

"Y,yeah, just a badd ream" He put his hands down and looked around, hearing something slithering around "Someone's here, a dragon I think"

They owe us?

"I don't kno-" He felt something hit him and made him fall over

Lloyd! Ena looked up at the tumbli8ng human and giggled I found you, that means mommy and daddy are here too, but? She looked down at him and all around Where's the real Lloyd?

"Ena?" His dream flashed back alittle in his head "Wait a minute you were in my dream...and you weren't Ena" He sivered alittle for some reason, his size shrinking slowly and his skin becoming dark and hard, cracking into scale patterns as he xontinued "Get away!"

Maybe they're kind and will help us, afterall we existed because of them, we have the right to know the truth

What's he talking about Anja? She looked confused, first Lloyd was the human she could picture in her mind, but never really saw until now. She start5ed towards Lloyd as he started to resemble a black version of her like before Wait Lloyd

He continued moving forward, not looking back as his body transformed into a small black dragona gain, his eyes blinded by fear as he fled

Yep, time to find out why we exist He smiled went up to the door, knocking on it with his talon

He stopped and turned around, hearing her singing voice, he stopepd shivering and looked up at her "Anja-" A black tail slithered around from the shadows and brushed around him, enclosing in on him and holding him in the air

"Heh, like a baby moth to the fire" Yellow dragon eyes appeared from the darkness along with sharp teeth and then a dark purple mane of fur "Thanks foolish child a human, you palyed right into my trap, along with my little pet" She laughed evily and swung her tail back and forth with Lloyd "It makes it much easier to carry a small lizard then a teenager human"

Zeta, we have to go tell my parents

It's us, the real gryphons

"I wouldn't do that" She grinned and moved Lloyd in front of her, blocking the blast "I guess it's a good thing he can absorb elements"

Lloyd struggled around with his body, but no luck, he even bit down on her tail, only almost breaking his fangs on rock hard scales

Right, becareful She slithered off and roared as loud as she could for her parents Mommy, daddy!

Gigas' cybernetic eyes open up and his finned ears twitched as he got up "Blitz, do you hear something, like Ena?"

Like where did the gryphons come from and if there are any still left?
