The powers of Anti healing
8 kills- You are able to reverse the whole cell splitting process. So no longer will the cells split they just turn into one big cell reversing the person's ablitiy to breathe and crap like that so they just kill over and die.
4 kills- You can place your hand on somebody and cause the organs damange.
2 Kills- You can melt skin by the touch of it.
0 Kills- You can cause cuts on the skin to cut even deeper. Or bruises and stuff liek that to get worse.

yeah, but the only flaw I see in it is that it has to be by touch, I wish it were projectile, or air born like Jashu's could be. But, you get what you get.
but, the best part is that my own power can't effect me! So I might have to use that to my advantage some time...

That's how it is with nearly anything. o.o Be creative and stuff, maybe even research. I learned like, everything about disease, so I can play with it to adapt to any situation, but now I can go even further. :3
