Durithill the Black Blade Captain

"If you're going to try to assassinate anyone in the future, make sure you know more about their surroundings then they do." Rathios said with a sigh.
There was a loud thud as this duplicate was hit. Instead of disappearing like the rest, it just appeared to have a dent in it's stomach. "Metal. It's a lot more sturdy than darkness." said another Durithill from the other side of the demon. Both Durithill's took the chance to swing simultaneously at the demon.

Lucifer growled lowly before swinging his leg in Rathios' direction, the impact wasn't very hard, but it was hard enough for him to get the hint. "I get it already, shut up!"
"No.. really?" She mentioned before disapearring herself, the fine-enhanced whip appearing in her grip again. With a quick lash, she allowed the long, enforced material to slice towards the three duplicates. "I don't need a lesson..."

The two shadow duplicates disappeared and the metal one took so much damage that it was almost impossible for it to move. "Really?" it asked as Durithill's sword appeared to jut out of the ground below her. The metal duplicate charged also to try another strike.

"Too predictable.." She muttered as she shifted away from a thrust of a sword from one side and from the ground, however, she had managed to lightly graze against the sharp edge of the blade protruding from the ground. However, the tiny amount of damage she had taken quickly disapearred. "Why don't you stop hiding? Two can play at this game, y'know..." She hissed. her tone was lightly accented with her host body's voice, slowly pulling through again. "Trying to wear me down is no good..." A smirk pressed against her lips as her brows furrowed chaotically.

Suddenly a black shape rose out of the ground. This Durithill, however, was not like the others. It was all black, except for its eyes which burned blood red like Durithill's. Instead of actually attacking, it reached out to touch the demon.
((I might as well tell you this now. What's attacking her now is a shadow. It's an incorporeal creature (so it can't be touched or hurt by weapons), and it doesn't actually hurt people. What it does, is it drains their strength every time it makes contact. This shadow is Durithill's familiar, so it can use his power to become temporarily solid. While it the solid state, however, it can't use the strength draining ability.))

[Mm kay.]
Jumping back, the demon cracked her whip towards the shadow creature. With a grunt, she backflipped towards the rubble, also where Elizabeth stood. "Afraid..." She mumbled, allowing her eyes to travel to the pleading woman to her right. Quickly, oh so quickly, the host took hold of Elizabeth, holding the Sikaron infront of her by the throat, both of her arms held within one of her hands... hostage

The "Durithill" seemed not to care. It slowly approached the pair and tried to reach out and touch the demon again.
((Oh, and the shadow has to touch the person to drain their strength. A person can't loose strength by touching a shadow.))

[Kay.]
The demon kept Elizabeth in her grip, quickly averting away from the shadow creature. With a grunt, the host stared over at the debris wall, which seemed to be moving slightly. Backing up again, Raine's 'alter ego' dashed towards the center of the wall, keeping Elizabeth as her barricade.

The creature dashed after the demon and at the same time Durithill rose up from the ground in front of the barricade. He rose a hand, causing several metal spikes to shoot out of the ground.

A grunt from the demon escaped her lips. But suddenly, a quick grin came as she pushed Elizabeth away from herself. "Let's see..." She paused before relapsing back within Raine's body, almost willingly...
Shiero stumbled a bit as the metal spike shot up from the ground before her, only to see the dark figure only a few feet away from her. Only to defend herself from whatever... it was, Raine withdrew her broadsword, planting her feet firmly to the ground.

Durithill and the creature stopped their attacks simultaneously, both just staring at Raine. "What's her game...?" Durithill said aloud, more to himself.

"Ah..." Sheiro groaned, her brown furrowed into a concerned expression. She was panting slightly, probably from the amount of energy the demon seemed to be sucking out of her. Her grip was loose and weak on her sword, which only caused her to keel over rest her palms on her knees, inhaling and exhaling regularly.

"Raine, do you have full control now?" Durithill asked. His creature and he were still poised to attack if necessary. Durithill's ear twitched slightly as he heard the rumble of shifting stones behind him, but he ignored them.

"I--..." She paused, her breath hitching in her chest. "I don't... know..." The council member felt a sharp pain in the gut of her stomach, causing her to wince and drop her sword to the ground. She could hear a deep, cold-hearted laughter within her. She wasn't sure of anything anymore...

"Either way, we should be careful." Durithill said, allowing the spikes to retract. He kept a small weapon ready anyway, just in case. "Shadow." he said, and the creature turned to look at him. He shouted something in rapid Ancient Demonic, and the creature nodded and disappeared down the hall. Durithill carefully made his way over to Raine and offered her the hand not holding his weapon.
