Seth smiled, relief swept over him as Vanessa entered the room. She was not hurt and it seemed like everything was alright. The one thing that bothered him was that her first words to him seemed forced.

"I'll survive, though it will take time to heal, us mortals are fragile beings you know. What about you, are you alright?"

He knew his question was stupid, she had not been hurt, and some how had managed to get his pendant around his neck again. He looked down at it, remembering exactly what it made sure to hide.

"Look I'm sorry I didn't tell you about, well you know. But it looks like its out in the open now. As you saw, I am not exactly normal, a monster others have said. The pendant is the only thing that keeps in in check, for the most part. I will understand though if now that you know the truth that, well you just came by to say that you don't wish to see me again. Last time it happened I was chased out of the town I was staying in, nobody wants to be near something like that."

Seth kept his eyes down and his breathing controlled, he knew he would be in pain for a long time to come thanks to what he did. At least this time around he was treated for his injuries, last time he had to run out of a village in a similar condition.

Seth looked at the necklace that apparently belonged to Rin. The truth was that he did not know what the thing was for but if Zero had given it to her, there was definately some reason for it, even if he did not know it himself. Relief swept over him though when Vanessa said she was not afraid of him, he hoped it was the whole truth, but for now he would take what he could.

"I think he meant for you to keep it, though he did not tell me anything even though I asked. There is one thing though that I did not ask him. That was why he held back, he is stronger than what I saw. He has his reasons for that too I am willing to bet."

Seth was about to continue when he realized that he had never formally given Vanessa the gift he got her. Last time he saw it that bat creature took it, he wondered where it was now.

"Um Vanessa about that plushie, I'm sorry that I couldn't have given it to you more formally, it was supposed to be a present, and well a token of apology for leaving you earlier. You don't have it anymore, I saw you give it to that creature. Damn, I had hoped for a better chance to give it to you."

As Seth said that he let in a breath to quickly since he had said to much with out taking a break. Instantly the pain in his chest tore through him like a thousand hot knife tearing apart his insides. He cried out lightly in pain and instinctively moved his hand, which Vanessa was holding to his chest to try and alleviate some of the pain.

Seth stayed silent for a few moments letting the pain subside before he said anything. He could tell that Vanessa really like the gift, that made him feel that everything that had happened that night was worth something. He hopped off the bed he was in and walked around it so that he was right next to Vanessa. His legs were fine so he could walk around without being worried, but it would definately be a hassle to have the use of only one arm for the time being.

"Well I am glad that you like it. The moment I saw it my thoughts when straight to you. To tell you the truth it was probably finding that which convinced me to make my way back to you. Funny how these things work out isn't it?Anyways can we get out of here I never did like being stuck in hospital rooms, it was a room like this that was the place of my mothers death"

Seth shuddered as the memory of that time flashed in his head. He quickly forgot about it. Right now was not the time to worry about such things, right now he had to focus on getting better.

"So he's gotten farther in his attempts..." Ryan whispered. He put his glasses back on.
"Where's Alax? Do you know?"

((Yeah I know. I'm cool like that. No. I've been gone. >_> Family trips.))

Ryan looked away, feeling alone again.
"Thank you..." He said in a weak and quiet voice. The prince was someone he wanted to hate so badly. But he was forced against his will not to. He couldn't say anything bad because the Prince would switch his words around. If he made a physical attempt to show how he felt, the Prince would make him do something else. Very weak, he tried an attempt to walk away, nearly failing. Instead he leaned against the walls and started he way onto his path who not even he nor the Prince knew. Only going randomly or until his body was forced to give out.

Clyde rushes and sees Meseru and Kiel. Hey you two!!!!!!!!!" He crashes into them. "Am I too late? Have Michael been to see you?" Kiel stuttered,"Kiel has see him." Clyde fell down and sighed," Damn it! Did he do anything untowards to you?" Kiel shook his head," No. I managed to get away." Clyde sighed with releif and asked," And Saiolin? Have you seen him? I heard he too was coming here." Kiel shook his head no," But I saw Zaire and Majan." Clyde gave a shaky laugh," Yeah he's been traveling with me."

Clyde jumped and bonked heads with her,"OW!" He rubbed his head.
