About Me:
I'm a young artist from Las Vegas, who spends his time destroying cakes because he can't understand the recipes, writing short stories, doing commissions and playing pixel RPGs. I enjoy making LGBTA+ characters and rping with them with my close friends, but I'm a terribly whimsical rp partner, so that doesn't happen often. I already have two jobs in the field. I learned that my grandmother was going through abuse with her ex-caretaker, so I stepped in, had that jerk fired, and took on the opportunity.

About Me: As it says, my name is Lindsey. I am 25 years old and I live in Colorado. I just started living as my true self last year when I came out to all of my friends and family that I was trans. I'm 23 years old, and an undergrad in psych/painting. I'm closeted at home/school/work, so the internet is just about the only place I get to ever be myself. I'm interested in writing/drawing/rp, but often really busy lately and haven't gotten to do much of any of that, yikes.
I live in the greater Chicagoland area. Like within a couple hours of Chicago anyway, close enough that I can consider it the closest big city to me.
I have a tumblr but don't share it publicly; if we've talked a while you can ask me for it. I also have a skype but again, only if we're talking already.
I left gaia for several years and returned about a year ago.

Hey, I'm Vane! I like drawing/illustration more than anything. My favorite thing is chilling out listening to music or watching some show while doodling my maaannny characters. I also like to write, mostly stories about said characters. I went to an art high school for four years, which may or may not have helped me improve at art, but while there I was able to learn a lot about myself.
I guess I've always known I was somehow different than people see me in terms of gender etc, but only in maybe the past four years have I really been struggling with it in earnest. It's on my mind all the time, but I've only talked about it with very few people. I'm generally a pretty reserved person and I keep to myself so it's difficult to talk about with anyone. I present as masculine and when people use male pronouns for me it feels more comfortable. Well, I hope one day I'll be able to sort this out, but until then one day at a time I guess!
Right now, I'm 18. I was studying biology at community college up until a few weeks ago. Besides drawing, I'm interested in science and the natural world (and the supernatural). I live in the woods so I can go wandering about all the time, which is awesome. (fun fact: there's something small with claws crawling around in my wall as I'm writing this. ah the woods..)
I'm really pretty shy despite that giant monologue I just gave, but I look forward to meeting all you people!
