Like Hel she was going to let Mot get out of this without pinky swearing!

The ghoul wrapped her pinky around his tightly and gave a firm shake before releasing it. It was then that Hel let out a deep, frustrated breath and reached up to smack her cheeks a few times with her palms as if this would help to clear away the sudden damper in their mood and dynamics. The reaper spun on her heel though when she was addressed by her favorite little Baku and gave the ghoul a quirky smile.

“Bah, nothing ventured, nothing gained, dear Xiu!” The reaper reached out and clapped the Baku on the shoulder. “May you have an eventful journey, yes? I apologize we couldn’t train because of the trip, but we’ll make up for it when we get back.”

TEAM: STFU/YOOOUSE

Savior looked over at Holly as her name was addressed and she tilted her head, her hands staying on West's face despite the older and taller boil trying to push off and away. It seemed now as though the ghost understood the concept of what Savior had been trying to say (and that made her happy) but she was currently dealing with the situation in front of her. This person, this 'West', made that nagging in her head all that much more profound and that was something Savior didn't like. He spoke to her as though they were familiar with one another despite so clearly being strangers, and Savior sniffed once again as she drew her body closer. "Ah."

The Marrowstripe took a step back from West and Holly, her eyes on both of them, and she hesitated only for a moment before she reached to the sides of her head and pulled at the spot that kept her mask attached. It came off with a clean pop and stayed held in Savior's hands before she shook her head, her bare face visible to Holly for the first time, most likely a bitter and painful memory for West. "Scent." Her mouth didn't move as she spoke, the pouting lips on the center of her face still. Her attentions should have been evenly split between the two but she found herself back over at West's side, her mask in her hand and the empty hand once again touching his face. "Wesst. Know." It was so faint, but it was there beneath that scar on his face. Her sand was still inside the skin, healed along the scar tissue that covered his cheek. If she had not gotten this close, if she had not taken her mask off to be sure, she wouldn't have been able to be certain. "Wessst."

Of course that didn't stop her from giving him a large scratch across the arm once she pulled her arm back, not did it stop her from doing the same thing to Holly. "Blood, sand. Wait. Scent."

Israfel had known it was going to be something like this. Something horrible that could kill them all. Something that would traumatize some of them and make them go insane. Or make them turn into tiny itty bitty FEAR partials and just drift away and possibly reform like ugly freaks. Or near Nurse cricket with bug juice all over. That was a distinct possibility. After all, it was a school event. Then again, so was the trip to Christmas land. And that island of hellish horrors, (and not the good kind). Overall, he was as nervous and scatterbrained as the last school field trips. He did have a minor boost in his confidence what with the fact he could fly now.

Flying was always a good bonus.

Looking at the names on the note he’d written himself, it looked like he was with a could of first years. That was good. Better than a bunch of third years. How they would have been merciless. Jack damn the 3rd years and their egos the size of prime pumpkins. Another glance at his note and a frown. While they may have been first years he didn’t really recognize their names. That could have been a bit of a problem, given the number of students milling about.

Earwings flicked around, trying to pick up an names on his list, or perhaps even his own. For a while he didn’t hear anything but as soon as he was about to give up and just wait till the others left, his name. And the names of two others on his list. Awesome! Perhaps they we here after all and not in some year one torture chamber. After all, it wasn’t unheard of, torturing the first years with creative punishments.

“Pardon?” Wings shuffled a bit as the siren wiggled his way over to were he’d heard his name called. “Did someone call for me?” He smiled at thones he’d thought might have spoken. He almost forgot to say who he was even. “Oh right. I’m Israfel. Looking for a Sepheran, Livi, and um…” The name was forgotten until he pulled out his note again. “ Ebenezer ? Yes. This Ebenezer fellow. They’re all first years, but I’m supposed be be in a group with them.” Ear wings flicked about again. “You don’t know them by any chance do you?”

”Yes! Crispy, warm, freshly made waffles with a scoop of eye scream on top, sometimes topped with chocolate syrup…” She was getting a craving just by thinking about it! They would have to go get some after this field trip! She raised an eyebrow when Mitsu turned to look at Shun.

… Ohhhh?

”Alright, it’s a promise then!” She grinned, clapping her hands together in front of her excitedly, ”We’ll meet up after this is over, and we’ll go for waffles and eye scream!”

Shun really couldn't be certain still if that night could be considered one. Things were cleared up and he discovered a thing or two about the way he felt, but it wasn't really.. that romantic of an outing was it? He didn't really know much of these things.

Catching Mitsu's gaze, he looked down at her. She appeared to be uncertain about it as well.

Nodding to Lizzy, he soon motioned for the lupine to come with.

"We should get back to the others."

Had the other Reapers resolved things yet?

Levi felt relieved to know Riyo's ears were still real under there as they showed a bit of movement within the hood. There was a definite squabble going on between Hel and Mot.... but Levi didn't understand why. It wasn't her place, really, but if they started brawling, she'd cheer them both on.

Speedy? That's ma area too. See? Ain't nothin' more satisfyin'
than knowin' ya can do it, eh? She chuckled to the Baku who seemed concerned for the reapers. That got her thinking about her group for a second.

Looking back to check on Holly, Levi noticed then that Savior had placed a finger at West's cheek. Oh- maybe she was related to the demon? They didn't look alike... and the reason for this gesture- she hadn't the foggiest. It was probably best that she went to check up though. Uncoiling her tail, the tatzel waved to the cat demon and baku before bounding back off to be at the ghost fox ghoul's side.

Ah-! Gotta see ya'll after our trainin'! Don't 'chu all go dyin' on me! She knew the others had pills as well; it was an odd sort of joke given what Holly and West had mentioned about dying in the last trip. The baku wouldn't take it too seriously she hoped.

Returning to Holly again, Levi was in time to catch Savior.....with half her face in her hand. Or something. She stared. What just... The only newly met ghoul had just cut West and something reeeally complex was going on about her face.

Okay- were they related?

She kin 'a his? She tilted to the side, asking Holly with eyes still settled on watching Savior.

Holly chuckled a bit. More to her own humor. Though a concern arose and she hoped to whoever might be listening that one of her teammates wouldn't kill another. Not the best way to start a field trip! One that wasn't barely started. Seriously, was no one else watching this? Holly was pretty much ready to interven, just in case. She took a few steps and brought herself next to West and Savior. Yeah, didn't want to lose anyone at the beginning of the trip.

Again, the ghoul rose a brow. Was Savior taking the mask off? Wait, it could actually come off. She looked at the other ghoul's mouth. Huh. Well that was interesting. Clearly that was why the boil seemed uptight around Savior. And creepy. Her mouth didn't move. Should she have expected less from this school? "Seems she remembers you West...doubt she'd try hurting ya." Or not, really she could see either happening.

Clearly she spoke too soon for she watched the other ghoul scratch West and then herself. Ouch. Holly wasn't use to getting cut or bleeding. She looked to West. "That's how she get's to remember you?" The ghoul started to wrap some cloth from her bag around her arm.

She looked to Levi and was going to say 'don't ask' but decided to tell anyway. "Apparently this is how she remembers people." Freaking hurt.

The Trendzetters

Livi was grateful for one thing, oh yes indeed. He had learned from these evil fieldtrips of mind trauma-causing hell. Always have a first aid kit. Always. Running a hand through his acid green hair, as he was just not going to bother with changing shades today, he looked down at the pieces of paper in his hands. One was his list of things he had remembered to pack. A book or two, in case he (Jack forbid) got bored, a hair brush, basic cleaning items like soap and such, a small journal and some pens to write in, his cell phone.. there were more but he wasn't going to be caught unawares this time.

And, once again, he had to leave behind his minions. Luka had not been too thrilled about it, but this time, he knew he had someone who could look after them. Another re-check, yes, to be sure, before he glanced at the second list. The one with his team-mates. His green eyes narrowed gently in thought as too names stood out to him. Israfel was a name he knew well, though he couldn't say he truly knew the boil himself. Sepheran he recalled a brief meeting in mini-pets. He had a snake, did he not? The last name he truly did not know, but he wasn't surprised at the sheer number of new faces around. Did enrollment ever close at this school? Ugh. It was hard to keep some things in check lately, what with him being gone as long as he had been.

Pfft, he had promised to forget about the stress of that family annoyance for now, though he was wondering if signing himself up for this trip was a good idea or not. But anything had to be better than sitting at home with too much time to brood. Maybe he should try to locate those he had become aquiantances of and see how they were doing. Perhaps... he wasn't too sure at the moment. But he was aware of the differences in some of the students and he frowned a bit to himself. Ah.. he still needed to take his exams, did he not? Another thing he'd need to remember. His attention was caught, however, as he was almost positive he heard his name mentioned. Not just once, but twice. Some two different sources.

Hard to be sure in the crush of students, but he was almost positive of it. As his eyes flicked around the students, he noticed Gabrian, Ren and LW.. ah, he wondered if LW still wanted to see Luka sometime. Another thing for later, he supposed. Firstly and more importantly, he needed to find his team. Thankfully, he was pretty good at recalling faces so when he took notice of Israfel, he headed in that direction. It took a bit to get to him but when he did, he politely tapped Israfel on the shoulder. "Pardon, but you're looking for me? I'm Livi."
