i'm literally dying here, for serious. i don't think things will settle down until i've fully caught up in chinese and actually finally learned the arabic alphabet... so don't expect to see me much for the next... month. ish.

If they actually paid us overtime, I might have gotten more cash this summer.
And yes, I am back. Though I'm not sure in what capacity. The rp looks nice. Especially since it seems like you basically starting fresh with old characters. Which makes me think. And realize that some stories may not be done yet.
I'll be blunt. I'm thinking about bringing back Kai in some way. Providing that you havent written her out as dead. Though I cant guarantee that she will be the same kai you once knew. Thoughts?

I liked Kai. Back when JvS was "refreshed" in the old guild, we decided that Kai was out there, somewhere... It's the characters in the universe didn't know where. She'd "disappeared" or gone or vacation or something. And then, in this RP, in Devil Theory, we had a five-year time-skip. So, really, you can bring her back however you like. In perfect condition, with four prosthetic limbs... Whatever you want.
To catch you up a bit, as far as things possibly relating to your character go, there are a couple things you should know, I think. If I remember correctly, Kai was last seen as the interim Grand Master. And she was fairly distraught over Roku's disappearance. The first thing is that Ronyo Storm is now the Grand Master of the Jedi, having taken over at Kai's disappearance (although a Sam-El Joelk may soon reclaim that position).
Secondly, Roku was almost completely off the radar, until just recently, when he traveled to Coruscant and tried to piece together who he was before he suffered from a bout of amnesia. He was put in prison, swiftly broken out by a Sith, and is now being ferried to an old Sith planet, although only Roku and a handful of Sith are aware of this. In the meantime, Cole Barranks has tried to contact Ronyo and inquire about Roku, in an attempt to confirm Roku's identity and confer with Ronyo Storm about what to do about an escaped, possibly hostile and missing Jedi. That's about as far as any of those story arcs have gotten, so far.

EDIT:
One more thing: Tython is now the home planet of the Jedi. Nexus is gone. The planet Ossus has been ravaged. And Tython's location is a secret. So, if you're having Kai come back from some place and the last thing she knew was Ossus was where the Jedi were at, then you'll need to find the location of the planet. ;D

AFter practically trading her padawan for a piece of jewelry and then being saddled with a position that she never wanted but did it out of duty and respect for her friend. Open to suggestions. From what I remember, she prided herself on being a bit of an anomoly.

AFter practically trading her padawan for a piece of jewelry and then being saddled with a position that she never wanted but did it out of duty and respect for her friend. Open to suggestions. From what I remember, she prided herself on being a bit of an anomoly. she could have gone to hunt down whatshisname... the guy who stole her heirloom in the first place. maybe she was looking for someone to blame for what happened and since Mab disappeared too, her next link could be the one who stole the ring on Nar Shadaa?
