I watch her movements, and then smile. That is when Vertusk enters. He looks over in my direction. His mouth pops open. Yuki follows his gaze and also gasps. "Hey, Vertusk!" He could feel me, no doubt. She could see me, no doubt. I smile and wave. "You guys would never guess where I found myself. Yeah, the Unholy Lands. God, its soooo dim and drab here...." Vertusk almost feints, and shakes his head. "Yeah..... I am not really here. Thats why I look like a ghost. Technically, i am..."

I smile. "It is the only time the centaurs are asleep. I, kinda, tried to threaten the gods..... Apparently, if you are not very powerful, they get mad." I shrug. "But, I will have no choice but go back into the Quells. But, I have no idea how it is going to work. I doubt Gaband knows where I am, neither does Sara." I sigh and sit down. "Um, I am kinda stuck here for eternity though. I mean, anyone sent here is, but it feels worse being here in flesh and soul." I sigh again. "Anyway, I need to ask you two a favor. Vertusk, you saw me imprisoned by the Alliance, I need you to tell Logan of my whereabouts. I can't contact anyone for very long, and too frequently, so your going to have to be the one who relays information. Yuki, Sara is not kidding, your high on her s**t list. I do not want you to go about strutting yourself, she is not an easy foe, in fact, she can kill gods, think of what she could do to you." I think about it. "Oh, and things are unfolding, they are certainly unfolding. Gaband mustn't die, at all. If he dies, Sara is defenseless. I saw what happens if Sara dies. We can not have that happen." I start to feel myself being pulled back to the Unholy Lands. "Take heed, please." I am back, and there is a centaur looking at me, his eyes filled with anger. I jump up and run hard to my room. Once in, I slam and lock the door. I breath heavily, and slide down the wood to its base.

The next morning, I wake to the sun glaring in my face. Jurdean flies about cleaning. I snip at him and he sits on the end of my bed. "the sun, too bright!" I snip out. "Get the shades drawn!" He smiles and c=goes about cleaning. I get back up and help, and then we go out into the forest. We are out there for about three hours, talking and trapping various forms of edible animals. I forage some berries and we head back. He actually had quite the story of his life. I felt bad he had to stay here.

Another week goes by, and I take a bit of water from the fountain back with me to my room. I set up a dish and then I try it again, this time Jurdean was curious to know what it was I had been doing. I again find myself in the realm of the free. I am before Hitomi this time. Though, I could not think of what to say. She sits in front of a vanity, and I just sit on the edge of her bed. "Hello." Is all I get out.

I stand, and ruffle out the wrinkles in my robe. I adjust my scarf and cough a bit. I had contracted a cold, a cold that killed if someone did not get the right meds. I got em, after having to help a mother of two get in contact with her children again. "Well.... this is probably the only time you will get to see me, besides in the Arena. See.... I did something stupid, now I am stuck in a realm with no way out. The Unholy Lands for Lost Souls penitentiary. I am kinda screwed." I sigh and then sit back down. "I don't have long. You have no idea how draining this is. Being able to talk to those outside is a gift few have in here. I get caught, I could get killed." I suddenly am back in my room, and Jurdean is looking over at the door. I throw out the water and answer. A centaur is standing there, in full armor,. sword out. I gulp. Oh crap.

The centaur brings the sword to my throat, and I back up a bit. Jurdean comes out, and the centaur grabs the imp by the throat. My hands instinctively go out to help, but I am forced back with the flat of the centaur's blade. Feelings rush through me as I jump at the centaur, and I feel the sword go through my left shoulder. I fall to the ground. Jurdean squeaks, and I fell his limp body fall next to mine. Next thing I know, I am being dragged off. I get thrown into a small room. Only one door. I knew what it was. The Cell. I groan and nurse my injured shoulder. Jurdean is thrown in an hour later. I get him awake, and he sits lumped against the wall. His small form seemed even more pathetic while he was injured. I sit against the opposite wall, there was not much sitting space for the both of us, but we manage. I had been thrown into a cell more lately than ever.

I am dragged out with Jurdean the next morning, and it was..... not what I wanted. We are hauled up to face a man in a red ensemble of clothes. He looks at me, and puts down his book. "So, you think you can waltz in here and start talking to the outside world? Your.... stupid." He gets up and walks in front of me. "That is not why you are in here." I stand, despite the pain in my shoulder.

"There is a war going on," I say flustered. "A war that could bring an end to this place, and every one in it. Including you." He laughs, and sits back behind his desk.

"No one can get here, not unless they are sent here by all of the gods. Not even this so called Judgemaster can. Believe me, I know all about what is going on. I don't know who you think you are-"

"I am Ex Corrupt Judgemaster Randell Azelus. I was brought to power to destroy Gaband. I did not want to, after what I saw. Now, I am here. And I have not seen what happens in the future as of yet. But I know it is not good. Even your so called sanctum will not prevent me from being dragged into the Quell to fight for my life. Do you know what happens if someone goes from this realm back to the others? I hear it is not pleasant for anyone." I am almost screaming. I feel the slink of a sword go into my back, and I feel a shock. I am on the ground, gasping for life.

"Then we shall kill you. If you must go back, we can only kill you to keep it from happening." The man talks slowly. "Good bye, Randell Azelus, former Judgemaster." Then a light appears where I was impaled, and another from my slowly healing shoulder impalement. The man gasps, and I get back up. I adjust my robes, grab my bloody scarf from the floor, and leave. Jurdean flaps behind me wildly. Apparently, that has never happened in the history of the Unholy Lands. "Well, these times are making alot of firsts for everyone."

I stop, and turn to Jurdean. "I think it is time for me to make an appearance in flesh and blood." His eyes grow wide, and i scoot around him. He tries to beg for me to stop, but I keep going. Straight back to the gates that had received me almost a month ago. Though shut, I go through them. The centaur neighs, but does ntohi9ng. Suddenly, a very pitch dark, very unknown portal appears, like black flame. I cross the threshold, and I am in front of Sara. Her eyes grow wide, she knew what Lost Souls wore, and here I was, in the exact garment. "Sara, what a pleasant surprise."

"You, are.... here? I heard from the spies that... you were...." Gaband enters when she shouts out. He immediately has his sword out. I hold up my hands. "Gaband, kill him, kill him right now!"

"I have maybe an hour before they come to drag me back to the gates of the Unholy," I say, hands still held up. "But, I swear, if you touch another realm as you have Atlantis, by my soul you will die. That, is a promise!" Suddenly, the room goes black, and Gaband's sword turns to dust. Sara stands there, amazed. Gaband growls, but backs off. I, I did not know how I did that, or if it was even me. I just turn and leave. I make my way out of her castle, and a portal appears. I go through it to the shadow realm. I land lightly in front of Yuki. I see the markings, and do not question. "Hmmm, Vertusk is right. You are playing with fire, literally!" I shake my head, and wipe the smile off my face. I grab her by the shoulders and pin her to the ground. Just then, a large beam of light flies through the room. "Holy, how did I know that was coming?!" I get up, and then pick her up. "Heed me, whatever you do, DO NOT TAKE Sara on. I beg of you, do not!" I touch a finger to her temple, and show her my earlier premonition, of a world of poverty, of nothing but small camps, of death. Then I turn and leave. I get out of the door and I am assaulted by centaurs. The grab me and drag me back to the Gates of the Unholy. I stomp and curse, then just shut up. Jurdean stands there, his mouth gaping. I give him an indignant look.
