Higeshi nodded without turning around. His gaze was fixed on trying to figure out the best path down. As his eyes followed what looked to be a good way down he spotted some greenery.

"I'll be back in a moment." He said hopping down onto the next ledge and towards the greenery. Watching his step as he went down the narrow path. The little walk gave him a chance to see how good the path was up to that point. So far it wasn't taxing in the slightest. pleanty wide enough. he thought to himself, About 4 foot wide i guess.
Reaching the few shrubs and a small tree he looked around the base of them picking up froken twigs and smaller branches. They had broken off in high wind he guessed. placing then in a small pile to one side he took his knife from his ancle and began removing larger branches from the tree.
I know they are fresh wood and will be damp, but if the knideling lights and the smaller branches take too, then that should burn long enough to dry the large bits out when they're on top.

Returning the way he came, arms laden with wood he made his way to a small clearing on the level they were on. Placing to wood to one side he cleared the ground and set about sorting the kindeling and larger branches above that. Taking a zippo from his bag he lit it and held it to the kindeling. The flame licking round the wood as if unsure about what to do, then suddenly deciding to devour it.

As the kindeling lit the fire took shape. The twigs lit, then the branches steamed and smoldered till they lit too. Before long a good fire was burning.

"Hopefully that wont attract any unwanted attention." He said standing up and heading back over to Elliotte and looking past her and over the edge again. "I didn't see anything close by."

"Just going to get something cooking somehow and then i'll wake her. The sun is starting to rise." He said nodding towards the right side of the distant horrizon. Slight hints of light were noticable as it was slightly brighter over there and they could see further afield.

Rummaging through his bag he found a metal container. Removing the lid totaly and placing it atop some large rocks he found nearby. He was able to make a hot plate to cook on.

"Now i just need something to cook. I never was much of a cook." He said smiling sideways at Elliotte.

"One day we may just get to see it rise. You never know what the future will bring. Now were out here anyways." he said getting up from the side of the fire. Heading over to where Lea was sleeping he bent over and gently took hold of her shoulder.

"Lea. It's time to wake up. We'll have to be moving on soon." He whispered as he moved her shoulder slightly to help rouse her.

Stumbeling backwards he grasped his head and grimaced slightly. "Thanks." he said as a chuckle build up and was voiced.

"We'll be leaving for the foot of the mountain soon. I'm just trying to think of something to eat."

Elliotte smiled to herself at the thought of maybe seeing the sun rise, she sat and thought about all the colors. Then Hearing Lea she looked over and laughed quietly to her self 'thats gotta hurt' she thought.

"Yum instant mash, my favorate" Elliotte chuckled, "Better then nothin though isn't it. I think I have some water in my bag somewhere." She said, then turned to her bag and started to search through it.

"Found them" Elliotte said to herself. Then looked up over to Higeshi and Lea, "I have 4 more bottles, as i'm drinking one. How many will you need?" She asked.

Elliotte grabbed a bottle of water out of her bag, and her bag and walked over to the others around the fire "Cool there you go" She said handing the bottle of water to Lea. Then sitting down.
