Well, that's good. Otherwise I might stop watching Death Note, because I honestly can't stand Misa.
Or maybe I'll switch to the English version. I'd rather put up with Light's terrible English voice than her annoying yipping in Japanese.
*sigh* Of course, the first anime series that I think I'm capable of liking happens to have a character that infuriates me to an inexplicable extreme.

I don't think that will help much, Aivi. I watched the English dub, and still wanted to murder the stupid twit. She just... menstruated all over that show.
And the second season really isn't worth watching. You're better off trying Blood+. biggrin

The english version is annoying as hell, I could only stand to watch it for 3 episodes before I switched back to the subbed version. confused
Blood+ is good, my only complaint is that Saya is so different from the movie, her persona isn't the same. Other then that I have no complaints I adore the music in the series though, I could listen to it forever. pirate

Aeolusis Blood+ is good, my only complaint is that Saya is so different from the movie, her persona isn't the same. Other then that I have no complaints I adore the music in the series though, I could listen to it forever. pirate It's an alternate universe. I really don't understand how people can complain about how different she is when they don't pay enough attention to the movie to realize that, no offense. The movie takes place during the Vietnam War. Saya would not have been working for the Red Shield at that time because of... spoilers and s**t. And everyone seems to think that's David's dad in the movie, but it's not - it's him. The black operative is named Lewis and there is never any indication given in the series that Lewis had a father in the business. There is, however, mention that he was once in the CIA and didn't always used to be so fat. They ARE the same characters. But if it was the same timeline, they would be much, much older in the series, which they are not. The movie was just your typical blood-and-guts horrorfest anyways. The plot sucked a**. It was just a platform that was used to display advancements in animation technology.

Okay... after a few more episodes, I've decided that Misa is a little more bearable, and she can even be somewhat endearing when she isn't squealing. She's passionate and genuine.
But man, those first few episodes with her were painful.
Something about her just bothers me... like the whole idea that she's a "cute sexy obedient loyal little puppy of a girlfriend who's only smart when necessary"... she seems like the creation of a nerdy, sensitive man who likes to be in control and can't cope with an independent woman who might be smarter than him.

Well. At this con I went to. There was an amazing ******** hot Misa girl. And she was quiet as hell. She disappeared before I could say hi. /sad

Ryo - Uh... it's fall back, spring ahead. We're in fall. If it was because of Daylight Savings, I would have GAINED an hour. My computer is just a dink.
nil - I noticed that when I went to get the yellow belt on my mule. Thing drove me bloody nuts until the movie started. Kept trying to attack it.

My computer is just a dink. not to mention that the clock change has been pushed back this year to November. so even if the computer was going in the right direction, it would still be doing it at the wrong time.

Wait wait I'm confused. Doesn't "fall back" mean the clock falls an hour behind, and therefore you gain an extra hour to your day, and so Pyre's computer falling an hour behind is the result of Daylight Savings and Aeo is right, even if the computer did it on the wrong date?
My digital alarm clock automatically set itself an hour behind too. I don't think I can reprogram the Daylight Savings date on it. (I can disable the time change and turn it back on during the actual date though.)

Reasons I am annoyed:
- White page wasn't fixed with item normalization and I had to remove nearly 700 things from my inventory. - My feedback thread was moved to Q&A even though I wasn't asking a question. I was GIVING FEEDBACK ON THE FACT THAT WHITE PAGE WASN'T FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFIXED. - I'm crampy. D8< - There's a zombie walk today and I can't go to it because I didn't know about it until an hour ago and I don't have the time to get ready and go there.
