Glancing around to face her, Ren looked like an entirely different person. "Everything that wasn't SUPPOSED to happen." He said. Even his voice sounded different. "I came here to make a difference. But I got lost...I let HIM out. The pathetic rat who used to be this..."Stopping, he sighed. Heading towards the door, the shadow backed up shakily, but started following him at a safe distance as he reached out, opening the door. He was leaving...

"Ren..." Lia mumbled as he started to leave. She didn't want him going alone! He could hurt himself, or worse!
He's not making sense... he's not himself right now. It's okay Lia, this isn't the real Ren. She attempted to calm herself down. She wanted to keep believing the boy she'd made friends with on the beach was a good person.

Hearing her voice, the boy looked around almost sadistically. Looking down at the shadow trying to touch him, a smirk slid across his lips. "I how you don't mind the Darkness, because once I'm gone this thing is gonna show you a REAL good time." He said in a lower tune, reaching a hand outside. Only it wasn't an Outside anymore. It was all liquid black, his hand disappearing into it. SLowly it rippled, purple swirling around his arm to show a portal. Turning away from her, he started outside of it, disappearing.

As the hut disappeared, a new scene emerged. A thick forest. Trees wer quite literally everywhere. Landing on the ground. Ren brushed back his dark hair as if what he just did, ANYONE could do. Looking back, he frowned. "Stop following me. Just because He treated you nice doesn't mean he's coming back anytime soon to stop all this. He's powerless. He was made so that I could do what I am destined to finish." As if he knew this wouldn't make any sense, he turned, walking off into the woods. "Hope you get lost, and good riddence."

By now, Lia had figured that this was not the same Ren. Ren's body, yes. But him, no.
"Where's Ren? Give him back." Lia continued to follow him.

"He's gone. He never was. Nil, nadda, never." The guy said with a yawn, stretching his arms. "And it's GOOD to be back. Now where'd that guy take her? I need to kill her before they decide she's more important to the mission than I am....." Muttering to himself, he shut his eyes a moment....."Due north.....Thr...Three miles maybe?"

Without thinking Lia pushed "Ren" to the forest floor.
"What the hell is going on?!" Lia yelled. "Why is this happening?" She became her weak self again and covered her face with her hands feeling like she was going to cry. Her hand had gone numb with pain that she hadn't noticed before because she was so confused, but now she did.

Letting out a strangled yell of surprise as he was pushed over by such a WEAK little girl, Ren turned onto his back, glaring up at her. "None of your business!" He snapped, getting up again. "Ugh, now I'm covered in dirt!" Dusting himself off with a hiss, he sighed. "You aren't part of this prophecy, so there'd be no point in me telling you what's up. Just go off and die somewhere-Save me the trouble-alright?"

"No." Lia continued to follow, being uncharacteristically stubborn. "I'm going to keep following you until Ren comes back."

"Well he ISN'T coming back. alright? He was never meant to exist! He was made so that I could exist." Finishing with his 'dusting' Ren turned to her as if looking at her for the first time.

"I am Dark. I was made by the beacons so that I could save the worlds." His eyes flashed. "And your little buddy was also a creation of the beacon. But something went wrong. She has the power to destroy EVERYTHING." Ren-No, Dark, stated gravely, watching her. "She will destroy us all if I do not kill her. Before she Wakes I must find her."

"You mean... Kouri?" Lia stared in surprise. "Kouri would never do something like that! Sure she's a fighter, but she's not a destroyer." Then she had an idea. It probably wouldn't work but it was worth a try.
"Please," Lia stumbled forward and grabbed his shoulders. "Let me come with you. Maybe when we find her, I can convince her to not destroy everything like you say she will! Please!" Her eyes started to fill with tears. Discussing death had never been her favorite thing. If she could prevent one, she would.

"Whu-What're you-Ouch!" Pushing her away, he looked over at his shoulder. A burn smoldered....."What's on your hand?" he asked suddenly, his eyes wide, and then narrow. "What's your name? You're full name?"
